A few days ago, the Qinbei District People's Procuratorate filed a public prosecution with the Qinbei District People's Court in accordance with the law against Ma Qinping, Huang Jiaxiang, Huang Sheng, Huang Huishan, Liu Yi, and Huang Qingliang for the crime of aiding information network criminal activities.
During the review and prosecution stage, the procuratorial organs informed the defendants Ma Qinping, Huang Jiaxiang, Huang Sheng, Huang Huishan, Liu Yi, and Huang Qingliang of their procedural rights in accordance with the law, interrogated the defendants, and listened to the opinions of the duty lawyers and defense lawyers. The case is currently under further consideration.
