On October 6, affected by several days of heavy rainfall, the water level of the Changyuan River in Qi County, Shanxi Province, rose, and the abutment of the Changyuan River Bridge between Qixian and Dongguan on the South Tongpu Railway was washed away, and the sleepers were suspended, and the entire line was interrupted. The Beijing Youth Daily reporter recently learned from the railway department and the rescue unit that a number of buses and trucks were filled into the river for interception, and the water flow was basically controlled, and the roadbed is currently being filled.

The South Tongpu Railway is the southern section of the Tongpu Railway, with a total length of 528 kilometers. The line leads from Taiyuan Station and extends south to Fengling Ferry on the north bank of the Yellow River, where it is connected to the Longhai Railway at Huashan Station in Shaanxi Province, which is the main traffic artery connecting The two provinces of Shanxi and Shaanxi, and the interruption of the line has a serious impact on railway transportation.

The Beiqing Daily reporter learned from the Taiyuan Company of the Sixth Bureau of China Railway that after receiving the emergency notice from the Taiyuan Bureau Group Co., Ltd. of China Railway, the Taiyuan Company of the Sixth Bureau of China Railway set up an emergency rescue and rescue team and organized more than 500 rescue personnel from the Taiyuan Station Transformation Project Department, the National Highway 208 Project Department, and the Shuoshan Project Department, and 10 large-scale mechanical equipment, including excavators and loaders, to rush to the rescue site.

At 3 p.m. on the 6th, after the rescue team arrived at the scene, they immediately carried out the unloading operation of the pieces of stone, unloaded the pieces of stone from the rescue train, and cooperated with machinery to transfer and fill the pieces of stone to the area where the abutment collapsed. At the scene where a secondary collapse may occur at any time, the rescue personnel urgently unloaded and threw a large number of pieces of stone, diverted the surging flood to the main river near the collapsed area, and filled in the temporary slope height of 5 meters and 10 meters long to control the disaster site. At present, all kinds of rescue and rescue work is still being carried out in an intense and orderly manner.

According to the feedback of the on-site rescue personnel to the Taiyuan Company of the Sixth Bureau of China Railway, the current site is mainly divided into three kinds of operations, namely, stone unloading, on-site Helong emergency repair and construction of slope protection. As of the morning of October 8, the rescue personnel of Taiyuan Company of China Railway Sixth Bureau have transported nearly 9,000 cubic meters of stone. The main task of the rescue helong section is to send the stones-filled buses and trucks into the river to fill it. Slope protection construction is to build slope reinforcement in the direction of incoming water to reduce the secondary damage of the roadbed by upstream water.

The person in charge of the Propaganda Department of taiyuan Company of the Sixth Bureau of China Railway said that from the afternoon of the 7th, the weather at the rescue site turned sunny, the upstream flow rate weakened, the water level was reduced, and it was still in the tense emergency repair and maintenance stage, and the feedback from the front was expected to complete the line rush as soon as possible.

The staff of the Taiyuan Railway Bureau Group, which participated in the rescue work, said that the rescue is still in the state of interception and subgrade, and has not yet reached the point of laying railway rails. The staff said that on the evening of the 6th, the rescue personnel had blown up the embankment connecting the rails and filled the river with abandoned buses and large trucks filled with stones to intercept the flow. On the evening of the 7th, the water flow was basically controlled. On October 8, while the rescue personnel continued to fill the river with stones, the work of laying the roadbed was also carried out in an orderly manner. The filling of the uplink line subgrade is expected to be completed on the 8th, and the tracks will be re-laid upon completion. The resurfacing of the downward line is expected to be completed on the 9th and 10th, and the specific time is still uncertain.

Qingxu: 60 cows are trapped on a farm

Affected by continuous rainfall, many villages in Wangda Township, Qingxu County, Shanxi Province, were flooded. On the evening of October 7, some netizens broke the news that 60 cows in Baijinwu Farm in Bailushu Village were trapped, and there were problems such as nowhere to place cows, inability to milk cows, and tight hay.

On October 8, a reporter from Beijing Youth Daily learned from the farm and the local government that the water level has dropped, the cattle have been turned to a high place, the existing hay is enough to eat for 3 days, and the grass is being adjusted from other regions.

On October 8, the reporter contacted bai jinwu, the owner of the farm. Bai Jinwu said that as of the afternoon of October 8, the water level has dropped, and all the cattle have moved to the highlands of the farm, with a total of 60 cattle. The highest water level is when it reaches the calf of the cow, and the cow's hay is currently only enough to eat for 3 days. Bai Jinwu and his friends contacted to adjust the hay, and the government also helped to contact, and the time and amount of transportation could not be determined at present.

According to the staff of the Wangda Township Government, after receiving the news that the farm was affected, the relevant departments immediately took rescue measures. Because the location of the site is the lowest in several nearby villages, the government department first proposed to provide new farms in the affected farmers' villages for free use. Farmers themselves are willing to take a self-help approach to solving the problem. Of the farm's 60 cattle, 46 were safe on the morning of 8 October, and 14 were in a slightly waterlogged position, and by noon the water in the cattle pen was gone, and the cattle were not sick or injured. In addition, some of the equipment such as milk pumping and refrigeration in the farm has been damaged, and it has not yet been repaired. At present, the main work is still drainage.

According to the township government staff, there are still 2 households in the village that have been affected by the disaster, and 1 of the sheep farmers has also taken the way of self-help to solve the problem.
