At the meeting, Cai Hongyan, chairman of CLP IOT, pointed out that top-level design is the premise of realizing community intelligence.

Cai Hongyan said that the essence of property is actually a gathering place for scenes and resources, such as pension, social networking, entertainment and other elements are practiced in community scenarios. Therefore, doing property has the advantage of scene resources, and the next thing to do is to cooperate with professional manufacturers, institutions and platforms.
"Many property companies consider doing their own information platform and intelligence, but I think this is not the best choice." An open mind is very important. In Cai Hongyan's view, to be a smart community must be grouped, because it is necessary to consider various compatibility and integration issues, such as intelligent communities involving security systems, electromechanical systems, monitoring systems, environmental systems, smart home systems and other all-round systems.
He further pointed out that at present, many people's understanding of property intelligence is not enough. For example, the property owner is talking about 5G applications, but in fact, even if everyone configures 5G communication equipment in the next two years, it is difficult to use it in buildings and offices, because the existing infrastructure has not kept up, and the existing walls may not be able to meet the 5G signal penetration. Therefore, if you want to combine 5G and smart community systems, but the top-level design still needs to consider more, real estate intelligence will also be a long and costly process. (Qin Jiali)
