Notice on matters related to the closure of the Hansen service area

According to the overall arrangement of the test activities of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games, yanqing will hold test activities such as "Meet in Beijing" snowmobile, steel frame snowmobile training week and time trial and bobsleigh training week and world cup from October 5 to November 21, 2021, and the Hanquan Comprehensive Service Center will be opened synchronously to conduct functional tests such as personnel security inspection and traffic organization. In order to ensure the smooth development of the testing activities, it was decided to implement a fully enclosed management of the Hanquan service area. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Closed range: east-west to the boundary of the Hanquan service area, north-south to the top of the entrance and exit of the Hanquan service area (excluding toll booths and passages).

2. Closure period: October 24, 2021 to October 26, 2021 (bobsleigh time trial, including 1 day preparation period, a total of 3 days), November 18, 2021 to November 21, 2021 (Bobsleigh World Cup, including 1 day preparation period, a total of 4 days), a total of 7 days.

3. During the closure period, the Hanquan service area will suspend the provision of rest, dining, refueling, transfer and other services, and the driver and passengers can solve the corresponding needs in other service areas nearby.

Please make travel plans in advance and properly choose the service location. If there is a change in the relevant plan of the testing activity, a separate notice or information will be issued.
