Undertake event support tasks
Mainly including:
Venue construction and renovation
Addition of temporary public toilets;
Cooperate with the territorial department to carry out the transformation of diesel generators and install cables;
Complete the transformation of the equipment room and the well room, and install a drinking water heater.
Venue operation management
According to the needs of the event, prepare and complete the operation plan of the venue and infrastructure field and the operation plan of the waste field;
Reserve epidemic prevention materials and make preparations for nucleic acid testing for all employees.
Logistics service support
Testing and monitoring of water supply;
Initiatives related to the joint power supply sector to supplement power equipment and facilities during the joint power supply sector study competition;
Overhaul of existing buildings and ancillary facilities;
In accordance with the configuration standards and requirements of the Winter Olympic venues, evaluate the guarantee capacity and capacity of the service area;
Provide various support services such as office, cleaning and logistics for the event organizers and other relevant parties.
