According to the SCHEDULE OF THE FIS SNOWBOARD AND FREESTLE TRACK WORLD CUP COMPETITION, on November 29, 368 foreign athletes, experts and team officials will arrive at the Hansen service area in 4 batches and 6 groups to stop and rest. In order to do a good job in relevant work, the Banquan Winter Olympics Support Special Class attaches great importance to it, and has held coordination meetings to study and formulate special plans to ensure the safe and smooth completion of the support tasks.
The first is to scientifically plan the stopping and resting areas and internal traffic flow lines. The second is to closely link with the Hebei traffic police, accurately grasp the operation of the fleet, and arrange the vehicle to guide the whole process. The third is to strictly implement epidemic prevention policies and operating procedures, equip masks, disinfectant hand sanitizer and other epidemic prevention supplies in the designated areas of the toilet, track and disinfect key parts such as toilets and parking areas, focus on door handles, faucet switches, handrails and other parts, and timely consume garbage.
As of 8:00 a.m. on November 29, The Hanquan Integrated Service Center has completed the service guarantee for the stop and rest of 366 foreign athletes in 3 batches of 5 groups, and the last batch of foreign athlete vehicles will arrive in the evening.
