Historical evidence
Charlemagne, grandson of Charlemagette and son of Pepin III, was king of the Carolingian dynasty of the Frankish kingdom, who lived half his life and unified most of Europe, and was crowned "Emperor of the Romans" by Pope Leo III in 800 AD, and was also known as Charlemagne. However, Charlemagne's translation is not accurate, because "Man" itself has the meaning of the emperor.

The Charlemagne tank, designed by the British Tank Institute of Technology (STT) in the 1950s, follows the same naming principle as the Chimera, which begins with C. The indicator required protection and firepower to exceed that of any type of tank in service at the time, and to reduce the profile as much as possible. Protection
Similar to the 252U, Charlemagne's arrow cluster armor is also harder than the first, 168/130 mm respectively, the hull is facing the AP equivalent of about 220-230, and the head is indestructible when selling. In addition, because the tilt angle is slightly smaller, its "arrows" are not as prominent as the S series tanks, and they can still maintain a high equivalent when taking angles.

The rectangular solid gun shield on the turret forms an absolute field equivalent to more than 400, but the rest of the area is almost interesting. Charlemagne also has another advantage that cannot be ignored - it has a health volume of 1500 points like a heavy tank, but it is also one circle smaller than most level 8 heavy tanks, and even smaller than the IS-3, which is famous for its low stature. While it doesn't have a prominent concealment factor, its smaller size means it's easier to hide itself and avoid being luminous.

Charlemagne's maneuver is on the average of the 8-stage heavy tank: the maximum forward/reverse speed is 35/-15, the engine power is 750 horsepower, the unit power is 16.67, and the maneuver is slow but accelerates fast. Track adaptability is also decent 1.1/1.3/2.3. In contrast, its weakness is steering, the hull speed is only 26 degrees per second, the turret speed is 28 degrees per second, and the actual performance can refer to 112.
Conclusion
As can be seen from the above data, the developers set Charlemagne as a front-line assault character like IS-3 and 252U, and excellent single-shot damage and terrain adaptability create more output windows for it, but the relatively fragile turret and hull sides also make it necessary to deploy around the bunker, and the slower loading shows that it cannot leave the coordination of its teammates.
Overall, it's a good car with problems. Although it can be regarded as a qualified 8-level jintan, its performance is still somewhat unworthy compared to the high pricing of 15,000 bonds.
