At the meeting of the leaders of the new State Duma political parties presided over by Putin, Medvedev, although his face was not very good-looking, did not cough severely during the video conference, and it seemed that his health recovered well. Medvedev mainly expressed the following views during the meeting:
1. The head of the United Russia Party thanked all the Russians who participated in the elections in the Duma. In Medvedev's view, elections are legal and transparent, and the hard work of observers is a guarantee of fair elections.
2. Through these years of development, the State Duma of the Russian Federation has become a powerful supreme legislative body of the state. He still remembers the 1990s, when the Duma was interested in obstructing government work, and that would never happen again.
3, Medvedev believes that online voting meets the requirements of the times and the future, the whole world is developing in this direction, and Russia will sooner or later realize the complete online voting.
(4) The ruling party of the Russian Federation will strictly supervise the implementation of its pre-election programme, as should other parties. The United Russia Party wants to cooperate with all opposition parties in the State Duma, and should cooperate more on key domestic and foreign policies.
