Gutian County, Ningde City, is the hometown of Master Yuanying (1878-1953). On the 3rd, Yang Fang, member of the Standing Committee of the Ningde Municipal Party Committee and director of the United Front Work Department, and Lin Yanfeng, director of the Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of Ningde City, and their party went to Gutian County to carry out the activities of "four grass-roots units" and "re-study, re-research, and re-implementation".
The thousand-year-old temple, Gutian County Kek Lok Temple, is the only dojo in Yuanying's hometown. Kek Lok Si Temple was built in the first year of Tang Tianbao (742), destroyed in 1932 by war, and rebuilt in 1937 by the patriotic monk Yuan Ying.

Gutian County, also the birthplace of Chen Jinggu culture, Gutian Linshui Palace is the ancestral temple of chen Jinggu, the "Virgin of Suncheon" and "the protector of women and children" Chen Jinggu around the world. At present, there are 120 million chen jinggu believers in the world, especially in Fujian and Taiwan, of which more than 10 million are taiwanese believers.
