Zhirong based on SW2303 developed a single port 65W gallium nitride fast charging scheme PCB layout is very compact, the front is mainly plug-in components, can be roughly divided into rectifier filtering, transformer, protocol control three parts, input rectifier filter set a plurality of filter inductors, in order to maximize space utilization, four Konexen high-voltage electrolytic capacitors using small PCB board horizontal.
The PCB board is centered as a transformer, the magnetic core is insulated with yellow horse tape, the positive and negative pole wires are welded on the secondary side, and two cloud star solid capacitors are used for output filtering; the USB-C interface and protocol chip are welded to the main PCB board with a small PCB board.
The circuit layout on the back of the PCB board is very clear and concise, and the high-voltage side is equipped with a rectifier bridge, a high-frequency PWM controller and a gallium nitride power device; the low-voltage side is a synchronous rectification controller and a synchronous rectifier controller. The protocol chip is Zhirong SW2303, which is a highly integrated Type-C port/Type-A port fast charging protocol chip, which supports mainstream fast charging protocols such as PD, QC, FCP, high and low voltage SCP, AFC, SFCP and PE, and supports two working modes of optocoupler feedback and FB feedback. The SW2303 integrates a CV/CC control loop, Type-C interface logic, a fast-charging protocol controller, and a variety of safety protection functions.
