On September 23, 2021, after holding two special implementation activities of "rewarding cars" at the end of last year and at the beginning of this year, the Second People's Court of Dongguan City once again issued a "car search order", and issued a reward announcement to the whole society for 426 vehicles that have been registered and seized according to law, and the amount of rewards for each vehicle is 2,000 yuan. Where the report is successful, the applicant for enforcement shall pay a one-time reward of 2,000 yuan to the informant within three days, or transfer it to the court. The reward announcement also urges all persons subject to enforcement to truthfully report the property situation and take the initiative to hand over the seized vehicle to the court for enforcement in accordance with the law, otherwise measures such as fines and detention will be taken against the person subject to enforcement according to the circumstances, and if the circumstances are serious and constitute a crime, criminal liability will be pursued according to law.

1. Reporting methods and the amount of the bounty
After the informant finds the clue of the parking location of the above vehicle, he shall report to the staff of the hospital according to the corresponding reporting telephone number of the vehicle, and keep the telephone open, wait for the staff of the hospital to arrive at the scene, and identify the relevant vehicle on the spot. After the report is successful, the applicant for execution shall directly pay a one-time bounty of 2,000 yuan to the informant within three days, or the court may also transfer it on behalf of the court.
2. Conditions for receiving bounty
1. The informant provides clues about the parking location of the vehicle that the court has not yet grasped the whereabouts and identifies the vehicle for the staff of the court on the spot, which is verified to be true after investigation; 2. The informant must not be the agent of the person applying for enforcement or a person who is obliged to provide property clues to the people's court; 3. Where more than one person makes a report, the informant who meets condition 1 first receives a bounty.
3. Special notice
1. The informant shall not illegally obtain relevant clues, shall not obstruct the vehicle in a way that endangers traffic safety or endangers the safety of personal and property, otherwise bear the corresponding legal responsibility and shall not receive a bounty; 2.
