NBA star Charles Barkley talked about his career weight loss experience in a recent interview, and Barkley revealed that his dialogue with Moses Malone changed his career.
"I went to Moses' apartment and I asked him, 'Why don't you give me a plate?' He said, 'Hey, you're fat and lazy. It's the best conversation, and it's the worst conversation, because it sounds harsh to me. Buckley said.
"He was one of the best guys who ever looked after me, and he said, 'Hey, you weigh 300 pounds, let's lose 10 pounds,' I lost 290 pounds, and once I lost 250 pounds, I started killing everybody."" Barkley said.
