Q: First of all, please talk about the original intention of making this book.

Pu Cunxin: This is a book with audio frequency, and the innovation is that words and voices are in the same book. "Pu Ge reads American text" We have been doing it online for five or six years, and it has accumulated to this day, and the Writers Publishing House has taken shape of this book, and it can already meet with readers.

This is a very novel book. "Open your ears and hear beauty". Let's prick up our ears and listen to my reading of the American text and my learning process of the American text.

I think there is one link that is particularly important in our traditional culture that is missing today, and that is recitation. The language has recitation, the round cavity of the word, the musicality of the four voices, the breathing beat of poems and words, and the exchange of ideas of Dayi, and recitation can reflect the beauty of Chinese hearing. Recitation deepens memory and comes with an open mouth, and it is helpful for the cultivation of expressive abilities, the bypass of thought, and the citation of scriptures. Reading and reciting, both can not be discarded, this is a kind of ability to grow. Speaking it in words will help everyone deepen their understanding of the words, which is better than just looking at black and white words. Therefore, we call on young readers to try to raise their hands and speak in the classroom, to become influential and persuasive leaders and speakers in the class, and to improve their free expression skills.

In ancient times there were chants, just for themselves. The current poetry reading is expressive literature, which requires an audience, and the audience will become a reader if they are interested. Q: You are a famous performing artist. What does reading mean to you?

Pu Cunxin: Every time we read a book, it's like we come from the bottom of the well to the well platform, and if we look at it, we have to go back. The most important thing in our lives, most people still want to live, we want to live, we want to eat, we have to do. Reading, I suddenly remembered that there was a writer who said a very important word. He said, are books useless learning? Books of literature, in particular, are they useless? He denies this. He said no, it is definitely not a useless science, it is a useful science. The meaning is that the senses of life itself open the word. If we don't know the written word, haven't studied books, can't read, we're not a person who can express, and our thoughts are the basis for being able to express. Without all this, our senses of life are withered, deprived, and atrophied.

The realm of beauty that literature gives us makes our expression supported by literary psychology in a moment and a moment. Literature should be the mother of art.

We Chinese too much need the beauty in the eyes, let the world respect our aesthetic vision, the wisdom of thought, the independence and uprightness of character, that needs to be supported by beauty, and it needs to be nourished by literature. Pu Cunxin: Three years ago I visited Big Brother Index. The big brother of the index finger sat me on the couch, and he sat on the small bench opposite and read me poetry. Listening to the index finger brother read poetry, his cherishing of words, made me suddenly realize that we should respect the text itself and not go too far in personal performance. We should know how to introspect, know how to return to the original point, back to the basics, back to the text itself, the language itself. Words and language are enough to express themselves.

Literary people like the index finger, to a certain extent, are lonely, and this loneliness needs our care and respect.
