According to the competition system, from now on, the registration and voting phases will be opened at the same time. After that, the applicants can be expected to enter the semi-final of the competition after the preliminary round, expert scoring, public voting and other links. The 60 players who entered the semi-finals will participate in grass-roots wind collection activities with multiple themes and offline semi-finals, and finally select 24 players to enter the finals.
