Mobile red flag stalls at Hufang Farmers' Market
Meat products are an indispensable and important food in the daily diet of the masses. Since the beginning of this year, Qingshan Lake District has actively organized and carried out special governance actions for the pork market to ensure the quality and safety of pork products in the whole chain and build a "safety net on the tip of the tongue" for the masses.
Yesterday, the law enforcement officers of the market supervision and management department of Qingshanhu District came to the pork sales area of the Hufang Farmers' Market on East Beijing Road to carry out a special rectification action for meat products. During the operation, the law enforcement officers carefully checked the inspection and quarantine certificates of meat, and inspected whether the system of purchasing and inspecting food raw materials, asking for certificates and tickets was in place, and whether there were sales of "three nos", "spoilage" and food beyond the shelf life.
"The special rectification action for meat products is mainly aimed at pork sold in supermarkets, farmers' markets, meat stores and other spontaneous markets." Zhu Mengxin, head of the catering unit of the Qingshan Lake District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, said. Farmers' markets are an important place for people to purchase food on a daily basis, and meat traders are an important part of food safety. Since the launch of the special control operation, a total of 3,371 law enforcement officers have been dispatched to Qingshanhu District to inspect 1,466 meat product operators. Among them, 522 farmer's markets, 133 large-scale supermarkets, and 207 catering service units (including 44 campuses) were inspected. In the process of inspection, it was found that the "two certificates" of the business households were incomplete 8 households, more than 700 catties of pork, 5 rectification notices were issued, 3 cases were filed, and 4 clues were transferred to the District Agriculture and Rural Bureau.
According to statistics, there are 19 farmers' markets in Qingshanhu District, and a total of 249 pork operators in supermarkets, farmers' markets, meat specialty stores and other spontaneous markets. In order to strengthen food safety management, the district organized 19 farmers' market operators to sign a letter of responsibility for the quality and safety management of edible agricultural products, and required market operators to sign a letter of responsibility with the operators. At the same time, the district also issued the "Farmers' Market Purchase Inspection System", urging market operators to implement the inspection system in a timely manner, requiring them to truthfully record the purchase information of edible agricultural products and keep relevant vouchers for no less than 6 months. In addition, the district also formulated 320 copies of the "Qingshan Lake District Pork Business Household Information Publicity Board" and distributed it to market operators, requiring pork operators to hang the public notice board in a prominent position in the stall, and through the initiative to "show double certificates" and "clear sources", in an open and transparent way, so that the public can buy and eat at ease.
The people take food as the sky, and food is the first thing. Qingshan Lake District will focus on purchasing, storage, sales, inspection and quarantine, etc., by increasing the frequency of law enforcement, and carrying out surprise inspections at farmers' markets and supermarkets as key places, so as to carry out regular, high-frequency, and full-time supervision. Promote the "big governance" of people's livelihood with "small incisions" and centralized rectification, so that the masses can eat safe meat and rest assured meat.
