Traffic control tips
(1) The area west of Zhaoyang South Road, east of Xinyang Road, south of Dalian Road, and north of Qinhuangdao Road is the core control area, and temporary traffic control measures will be implemented from 15 o'clock on October 20, and other vehicles are prohibited from entering except for work vehicles and buses.
(2) West of Yanzhou South Road, east of Xiangyang South Road, north of Tianjin Road, south of Yingbin Road, and the area outside the core control area is the diversion control area, and diversion points are set up in the above areas to ensure the orderly entry of work vehicles, service vehicles, audience vehicles and citizen vehicles.

(1) Parking settings
1. Fixed parking lot (about 1,600 parking spaces)
(1) The parking lot (P2) in Area A of the Sports Center is located on the southeast side of the intersection of Qinhuangdao Road and Xinyang Road, parking about 800 small cars.
(2) The parking lot (P1) in Area B of the Sports Center is located on the southwest side of the intersection of Qinhuangdao Road and Zhaoyang South Road, parking about 300 small cars.
(3) The parking lot (P3) on the west side of Xinyang Road is located opposite the west gate of the venue, and about 200 small cars are parked.
(4) Talent Park Parking Lot (P4), located on the west side of the intersection of Dalian Road and Xiangyang South Road, parking about 100 small cars.
(5) The parking lot (P5) of the Municipal Service Center of the Economic Development Zone is located on the west side of the intersection of Tianjin Road and Yanzhou South Road, parking about 200 small cars.
2. Temporary parking section (about 1,660 parking spaces)
(1) Tianjin Road (Yanzhou South Road-Xiangyang South Road), 1900 meters, parking on both sides, parking capacity: about 600 small cars.
(2) Zhaoyang South Road (Qinhuangdao Road-Tianjin Road), 700 meters, parking on both sides, parking capacity: about 200 small cars.
(3) Xinyang Road (Qinhuangdao Road-Tianjin Road), 800 meters, parking on both sides, parking capacity: about 230 small cars.
(4) Xiangyang South Road (Dalian Road-Changchun Road), 500 meters, parking on both sides, parking capacity: about 130 small cars.
(5) Changchun Road (Zhaoyang South Road-Chongqing Road), 1500 meters, parking on both sides, parking capacity: about 500 small cars.
3. Alternate temporary parking section (about 1,050 parking spaces)
(1) Qinhuangdao Road (Yanzhou South Road-Chongqing Road, except Kuishan Sports Center Road), 1500 meters, parking on both sides, parking capacity: about 300 small cars.
(2) Zhaoyang South Road (Shanghai Road-Tianjin Road), 1000 meters, parking on both sides, parking capacity: about 300 small cars.
(3) Xiangyang South Road (Dalian Road - north side of Jinyu Jiayuan) 1500 meters, parking on both sides, parking capacity: about 450 small cars.
4. Parking lots for motorcycles and non-motorized vehicles
Motorcycle and non-motor vehicle parking lot, located along the southwest corner of Dalian Road and Zhaoyang South Road, parking capacity: about 500 cars. In the diversion control area outside the core control area, if there is a road above the curbstone, the vehicle can be parked in the area above the curbstone in order.
(2) Parking requirements
1. In the section where parking vehicles are allowed, vehicles must be parked in an orderly manner, and they must not be parked indiscriminately.
2. All roads around Kuishan Sports Center (including roads outside the diversion control area) are not parking sections and there are no parking spaces, and vehicles are not allowed to be parked.
3. Notify the illegal parking vehicles in time, and those who cannot be contacted or do not leave on time will be towed to a place that does not obstruct traffic.
Bus Shuttle Tips
Line 1 (Kuishan Sports Center to the Municipal Government): Vehicles are parked in the southwest direction of the intersection of Qinhuangdao Road and Zhaoyang South Road, route: Qinhuangdao Road→ Beijing Road→ Tai'an Road → Municipal Government.
Line 2 (Kuishan Sports Center to Qushi University North Gate): Vehicles are parked in the southeast direction of the intersection of Zhaoyang Road and Dalian Road, route: Dalian Road→ Beijing Road→ Binzhou Road→ Qushi University North Gate.
Line 3 (Kuishan Sports Center to Shijiu Liqun Shopping Mall): Vehicles are parked in the northeast direction of the intersection of Qinhuangdao Road and Xinyang Road, route: Qinhuangdao Road→ Xiangyang South Road→ Tianjin Road→ Beijing Road→ Huanghai 1st Road→ Haina Mall.
Line 4 (Kuishan Sports Center to Donggang District Government): Vehicles are parked in the northeast direction of the intersection of Dalian Road and Xinyang Road, route: Dalian Road→ Chongqing Road→ Zhengyang Road→ Haiqu Road→ Donggang District Government.
Other traffic tips
1. The Rizhao traffic police will release real-time traffic information and travel tips in a timely manner through AutoNavi, Baidu Map, WeChat and Weibo, and the general public is requested to pay attention to it in time.
2.
