The soul of education, specifically, first, has three "not terrible": backward test scores are not terrible, as long as they study seriously; family poverty is not terrible, we must have ambition; ugly looks are not terrible, but we must have a skill. These are the three "not terrible" that I often tell my students.

There are also three "no superstitions" in education: not superstitious teachers, not superstitious textbooks, and not superstitious authority. We want to cultivate the student's independent personality and make him truly a capital person. Reading textbooks alone is not big, and textbooks are limited. A teacher who deliberately establishes his own prestige is unqualified.

Education has three "can not be surpassed": the life and health of students cannot be surpassed; the personal dignity of students cannot be surpassed; and the differences in students' personalities in intellectual development cannot be surpassed. The teacher's vocation is to make students happy and happy. A good teacher is that he constantly strengthens the self-confidence of his students, and a bad teacher is that he constantly destroys the self-confidence of his students.

There are many angles to evaluate the characteristics of a good course, but the new course is different from the review class, and the normal class is different from the non-normal class, and the difference is obvious. Therefore, it is difficult to say the characteristics of a good lesson in general. Next, I would like to focus on the standards of good lessons newly taught in normal classes.

First, there are clear classroom goals

Any lesson is an organic part of the entire teaching chain and plays a role in carrying forward the past and the future, so there must be a clear goal. Teachers have to find ways to organize students to move toward the goal, and in the process of moving forward, although there will be twists and turns, they must ultimately achieve the goal. The reason why teaching behavior is controllable is that it is subject to classroom goals. The behavior taught by teachers and the behavior learned by students must be under the control of classroom goals, so that classroom behavior can be measured and evaluated. Goals are the premise of effective classroom teaching, and it is difficult to imagine that language classes without goals will be effective. In the course of the classroom, when the student is leaning out, the teacher should call back in time so that it does not deviate from the goal.

There is a plot in "From the Hundred Grass Garden to the Sanwei Bookhouse": Lu Xun admired Mr. Shou Jingwu's erudition and wanted to ask him to explain what Dongfang Shuo said about the "strange", but he did not expect that he was very unhappy and had an angry face. Second, the goal setting is appropriate and realistic for the students

The language class is surnamed "language" and cannot be all-encompassing. Teachers should not be led by the nose by the content of the text, but should be good at extracting the language factors in the text and cultivating the literacy of the language discipline. Because language classes have to solve language problems, not non-language problems. Of course, the distinction between language and non-language is sometimes not easy to distinguish, which requires teachers to have a pair of language "eyes". There is a theoretical question here that must be solved, that is, what is a "text"? Texts are teaching texts, and the study of them is prescriptive and cannot be played arbitrarily. Any text has a certain linguistic function, especially in the "text-like text", which is an example. Mr. Ye Shengtao said that the teaching materials are nothing more than an example. The teacher teaches this example well, so that students can use the function of the example to read and write the same kind of text.

It is related to the example given by the author. The author gives an example of making tea, which everyone is familiar with. The purpose of the example is to explain the truth thoroughly. What examples can be used to explain the truth thoroughly? To give a very professional example, no. The author gives an example that people are familiar with, which is called an example. The example is a language problem, which is called the wise eye. Some teachers did not grasp it well, teaching the "Overall Planning Method", focusing on "saving time and improving work efficiency", and turning the Chinese class into a math class.

Third, students' achievement of goals is generated on the spot

With good goals, how do you achieve them? The easiest way to do this is for the teacher to speak, for the student to listen, and to write down the exam. But the limitations of the lecture are very large, and teaching is not only for the sake of examinations. The classroom is a classroom for students, and students must participate and experience it personally. In the process of participation and experience, students will make mistakes, and after making mistakes, they will have the desire to correct mistakes, so the learning behavior really happens. Students personally participate, experience, make mistakes, correct mistakes, internalize, and generate, thus forming the whole process of learning, which is a good lesson.

After thinking and discussing, the students found that "smiling" and "thinking about it" seemed bland, but behind it contained a very rich emotion. "Smiling" indicates that there is an answer in mind, while "thinking about it" indicates that there is no time to think, and the former can show the optimism and dedication of the warrior.

Fourth, the achievement of the goal must be public

When talking about this section, if the teacher only relies on the meaning of "smiling" and "thinking about it", one or two sentences will end. Without internalization by students, the effect will be limited. However, under the guidance of the teacher, the students think about it, the learning behavior occurs, and finally understand the meaning, which is the generative effect.

However, if only a part of the students participate, experience, internalize, and generate, and the other part of the students are outsiders, bystanders, and irrelevant, it cannot be said to be a good lesson. The so-called "popular" means that more than 80% of students can actively participate in classroom learning, which is a good lesson. Only 50% of the courses are unqualified, reaching 60% just passing, reaching 70% is good, reaching 80% is excellent, reaching 90% is excellent, and reaching 100% is a luxury. How do you avoid taking unqualified classes? We may wish to use group learning to let students become the main body of the exhibition, try to achieve small class teaching, and do it according to their aptitudes.

The so-called depth is to be able to achieve the effect of one example and three repetitions and touch bypass. Therefore, as long as our classroom can achieve the set goals of the classroom, it is already very good, if there is a situation that exceeds the classroom goal, although it is "niche", it is enough to show that the classroom teaching has a prominent effect.
