Liuqiao Town is open to recruitment

Announcement of village-level reserve cadres and rural revitalization specialists

In order to further optimize the construction of the village-level team, broaden the horizon of selecting and employing people, promote the effective connection between the consolidation and expansion of poverty alleviation achievements and rural revitalization, and promote the improvement of grassroots governance capabilities, it is now decided to openly recruit village-level reserve cadres and rural revitalization specialists in Liuqiao Town for the whole town.

1. Recruitment quota

According to the current situation of the "two committees" of the town and village, 3 village-level reserve cadres and 1 rural revitalization specialist are openly recruited for Liuqiao Town, which will be transferred and used within the town.

2. Recruitment conditions

(1) In general, the following conditions shall be met:

1. Support the party's line, principles and policies, have a firm political position, a decent style, abide by discipline and law, and have good conduct;

2. College degree or above;

3. Applicants must be over 18 years old and under 35 years old (born between October 1988 and October 2006);

4. Love rural work, be healthy, hard-working, willing to contribute, have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility;

5. Have certain organization, communication and coordination skills, have certain writing skills, and be proficient in computer operation;

6. The place of household registration belongs to Liuqiao Town, Suixi County.

(2) Those who have any of the following circumstances shall not apply for the examination:

1. Those who have been criminally punished or have been subjected to re-education through labor;

2. Those who are suspected of violating discipline or law and are under review;

3. Those who have received Party discipline and government sanctions and are within the influence period;

4. Being out for a long time and having difficulty performing work duties;

5. Participating in gangs, cults, or illegal organizations;

6. Those who have direct or collateral blood relatives and close in-laws within three generations who serve in the "two committees" of the village shall not be selected for the position of reserve cadres in the village;

7. Others that are not suitable for selection.

III. Recruitment Procedures

The recruitment work is carried out by means of registration and qualification examination, examination, physical examination, inspection and employment.

(1) Registration and qualification review

Applicants must bring their valid ID cards, household registration booklets, original and photocopies of academic certificates, and 2 recent one-inch color photos with a blue background without hats, and truthfully download and fill in the registration form (Attachment 1 or Attachment 2) to the Party Building Work Office of Liuqiao Town to participate in the registration and qualification review. Anyone who commits fraud and does not meet the requirements for applying for the examination will be disqualified from the examination once it is verified. The ratio of the number of recruitment plans to qualified applicants shall not be less than 1:3, and if the proportion of examination is less than the opening ratio, the number of positions shall be reduced.

(2) Examinations

The exam is divided into a written test and an interview, and the score of both the written test and the interview is 100 points. Total test score = 40% of written × + 60% of interview score ×.

1. Written test. It will be conducted in the form of a closed-book examination. The written test mainly tests the candidates' policy theory level, analytical and problem-solving ability, written expression ability, and understanding and understanding of village work. Exam reference books are not specified.

2. Interview. After the written test, the interviewers will be determined according to the ratio of 1:3 of the number of recruitment plans from high to low. If there is a tie in the written test score of the last person in the interview, the tied person will enter the interview together.

(3) Physical examination

According to the total score of the test from the high score to the low score difference of 2 people to determine the physical examination object. If the last person has the same total composite score, the order will be determined according to the written test score, and if the written test score is still the same, they will enter the physical examination together.

The physical examination work shall be organized and implemented by the town government in accordance with the notice of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the National Health and Family Planning Commission, and the State Civil Service Bureau on revising the general standards for physical examination for civil servants (trial) and the operation manual of physical examination for civil servants (trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2016] No. 140) and the notice on further doing a good job in the physical examination for civil servant examinations (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2012] No. 65). (Applicants are exempted from paying examination fees and physical examination fees.) )

(4) Investigation

According to the total score of the test, from the high score to the low score difference, 2 people to determine the inspection object. If the total score is the same, the order will be according to the written test score; If the results of the written test and interview are the same, they will be determined as the object of examination. During inspections, the opinions of village-level, discipline inspection, public security, and petition departments should be heard. If there is a vacancy due to various reasons, it will be filled according to the total score of the examination from the highest score to the lowest score.

(5) Employment

After the inspection, the town party committee researched, determined the candidates, and publicized at the town and village levels, the publicity time is 5 working days, and the publicity period is included in the village-level reserve cadre pool without objection.

The results of the difference inspection, from the date of study of the town party committee, valid within half a year, vacancies within half a year, can be filled in turn according to the results of the inspection (among them, the hired personnel and the qualification examination, interview, physical examination, inspection and other links voluntarily give up the candidates, the physical examination, the inspection link of the unqualified candidates, the candidates who resigned after hiring, etc., are not included in the scope of the supplement).

Fourth, treatment management

(1) Remuneration and benefits

During the employment period, the remuneration of reserve cadres and rural revitalization professionals shall be determined in accordance with the requirements of the superiors. At the time of the village-level general election, the town party committee will be recommended as a candidate to participate in the election in accordance with the procedures.

(2) Management and use

The town party committee is responsible for the training, management, use and assessment of newly recruited village-level reserve cadres and rural revitalization specialists. Implement the whole process of follow-up training system, once hired, participate in the whole process of village-level work.

Implement a dynamic management system, and the town party committee conducts an annual assessment, and if the assessment is unqualified, its qualifications will be cancelled. Newly recruited reserve cadres who have not been elected as members of the village "two committees" after the two village "two committees" have been re-elected shall be automatically dismissed from employment.

5. Related matters

The recruitment work is supervised by the Liuqiao Town Commission for Discipline Inspection throughout the process, the town party building work office organizes and implements it, and the relevant funds for the recruitment are guaranteed by the town finance.
