Mr. Zhou Deshan, formerly known as Zhou Ruishan, stage name Zhou Toad. Now when Mr. Zhou is mentioned, more is to learn about this cross-talk senior from Wen Mao's "Article Meeting". Mr. Zhou was born in 1887 and died in 1955. I was born in the same year as my grandfather and died in the same year. He is a native of Beijing, and his father is also a cross-talk artist, nicknamed "Noodle Tea Week". When he was thirteen or fourteen years old, he accompanied his father to the land of Nanshi, Tianjin, and later worshiped Fan Changli (old Fan Ye), a predecessor of xiangsheng, as a teacher. In July 1918, he performed with Wanren fans and Ma Delu at the Tianjin Pottery Garden Amusement Park, especially the three people's "Round Lie" (pickpocketing horse coat). From 1919 to 1923, Mr. Zhou teased each other with Wanren fans in Tianjin for four years, because Zhang Mazi died in 1919, and in 1923 Shouye began to partner with Wanren fans. Li later left Tianjin, and Mr. Zhou also performed in Tianjin, often working for Ma Delu. In addition to Shangdi, he also often performed in Dayuanzi, such as in Yanle Shengping in 1928, in Taoyuan Amusement Park in 1929, and cooperated with Tao Xiangru in 1935. Later, it was also broadcast on Oriental Radio, and was praised by ticket friend Xu Xianchen. In 1941, he performed in Nanjing and was quite popular. Later, after returning to Tianjin, he successively praised Zhang Shouchen and Ma Sanli, and once changed to stand-up. After the mid-1940s, he performed in Tianjin, such as the Nanshi Lianxing Tea Society, and also returned to Beijing from time to time, and he also measured for the actress Xiaoru (Jin Xiaoshan's daughter-in-law). In his later years, his life was rather sloppy, and he made a living by the support of his peers. Old Mr. Zhou was in a bad situation in his later years, and sometimes when he saw mushrooms, the mushrooms shouted that Grandpa would give money. It is undeniable that old Zhou Ye was indeed a member of the cross-talk in his early years, Mr. Liu Baoquan's Baoquan Hall once performed for Yuan Shikai's birthday celebration, including the "Eight Screens" between Wanfan and Zhou Toad (Zhou Deshan), but he did not catch up when he was good, but his later years were indeed not ideal, and his art did not keep up with the development of the times. I listened to him measure Shouye's work, but he couldn't measure it. I listened to old Zhou Ye measure "Dou Gong Training Girl" to Shou Ye in The Little Pear Garden, listening to it is difficult, probably due to the relationship of age, the mouth can not keep up, so it is only a short stage.

Old Zhou Ye also measured me, I once talked about a joke before. In the early days of liberation, around 1951, Zhang Kai (Zhang Zhenxi) contacted a cave, and in the qiande Zhuang Yuan and the book field evening, Yuan He was originally a book field, but at night it was still done according to the form of the ground.
