On September 29, the 2nd Huanxian Lamb Cooking Competition opened in Huanzhou Ancient City, Huanxian County. 80 participating teams composed of more than 100 chefs from Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia and other parts of the country competed on the same stage with Huanxian lamb meat as the medium, bringing a double feast of visual and taste bud collision to the general public and tourists.
