On September 25th, the "Shanghai Alley Industry: The Flowery Life Around Us in Those Years" History and Humanities Exhibition was held in Tonglefang, which is known as the "Living Fossil of Shanghai Alley Industry".
This exhibition takes the Gongming Electric Bubble Factory, which was once located in Tongle Fang, as the starting point, including three parts: "Brands Around You", "History and Inheritance" and "Those People in Those Years", and carefully extracts more than 10 classic daily necessities brands of national industries near Tongle Fang, such as Samsung, Guben, Guan Leming, Zhongpai 414, and Changsheng, involving many industries such as daily chemicals, daily use, lighting, pigments, toys and so on.
The exhibits such as tin locomotives, three-star mosquito coil boxes, toilet water, commercials, trademarks and other rich types of exhibits vividly reflect the formation and development process of these domestic brands from different aspects, as well as the Shanghai-style spirit of a large number of entrepreneurs who are full of the ambition to revitalize China and the ideal of rejuvenating the country through industry. These old objects originating from Shanghai tell the glorious development process of the national industry a hundred years ago, and also reflect the love and warmth of urban daily life in the 30s of the last century like a kaleidoscope.

This historical and humanities exhibition is an exhibition project held by Tongle Fang to deeply explore the history of the development of Jing'an Lane Industry, focus on Shanghai Lane Industry for the fifth consecutive year, and tell the brand stories around them and the feelings of entrepreneurs for their home and country.
