Step 1: Create a new draft, and then add the corresponding assets to the library and track.
Step 2: Don't select any footage in the track, click Modify in the lower right corner of Draft Parameters, as shown in the following figure.

Step 3: Open the "Draft Settings" dialog box, check "Copy to Draft", and click "Save"!

If you select "Copy to Draft", all the materials used in the draft will be added to the draft folder. If this option is not checked, the materials used in the draft will not be added to the drafts folder, and the drafts we share with others or uploaded to the cloud will not have the materials, and the materials will be lost!
Step 4: After the draft editing is completed, return to the draft page, click "My Cloud", and then click "Upload Draft" in "Upload" to upload the draft to the cloud.

In addition to manually uploading drafts to the cloud, there is a function of "automatic backup of drafts" in the global settings of Jianying, as shown in the following figure;

After it is enabled, as long as you create a new draft, Jianying will automatically back up the draft; There are two issues to be aware of when enabling automatic backup;
(1) the size of the cloud space;
(2) "Copy to Draft" in "Draft Settings" should be checked;
Step 5, open the mobile version of Jianying, find the cloud space, download the draft we uploaded from the cloud space, and then you can edit it on your phone!

It is recommended that you develop a good habit of backing up drafts, which can be uploaded to the cloud or copied and pasted to other disks to prevent the loss of drafts due to problems with the computer or clipping!
