At the forum, Ulan Qiqige, editor-in-chief of China Enterprise Daily, delivered a speech, emphasizing the importance of scientific and technological innovation to social progress and economic development, especially in the context of China's promotion of high-quality development. In his speech, Chen Lin, Director of the Enterprise Service Department of Shanghai Science and Technology Exchange Center, reviewed the history of the Pujiang Innovation Forum since its inception in 2008, and emphasized the role of the Forum as an important international exchange platform, especially in witnessing and promoting the development of scientific and technological innovation in China and the world. Chen Wang, Deloitte Head of Outbound Investment Tax Services, focused on the key tax issues that Chinese enterprises must consider when investing abroad, and discussed how enterprises can effectively manage tax risks and optimize tax efficiency in the process of globalization.
