Stealing foreign tourists' mobile phones from the streets of Pattaya, Thailand! India man arrested!

According to Pattaya media reports in Thailand, at about 06:36 a.m. local time on September 15, the Pattaya Tourist Police in Chonburi Province, Thailand, arrested a 43-year-old Indian man, Mr. Oswal M. C., who is suspected of stealing the mobile phones of foreign tourists.

It is reported that in the early morning of the same day, the Pattaya Tourist Police received a 38-year-old female tourist from Uzbekistan. Tosheva reported that she had temporarily left her phone on the dining table during a meal at an entertainment venue on Pattaya Walk. An unidentified India man deliberately approached her and had a brief conversation with her before leaving, after which she found her mobile phone missing, presumably stolen by the Indian man.

After receiving the report, the police went to investigate and retrieve surveillance footage and confirmed the identity of the suspect, and then launched a follow-up. Oswal M. C. was wandering down the pedestrian street. When police stopped him, they found Ms. Murphy in his pocket. Tosheva's mobile phone was then taken back to the police station for interrogation, where Mr. Oswal M. C. confessed to his theft, and the police will later prosecute him in accordance with the law.
