According to the statistics of the District Construction Management Committee, there are 252 supervised construction sites in the district, of which a total of 85 construction sites need to be evacuated, including 69 civil construction sites under district management, 10 municipal construction sites, 2 decoration sites, and 4 municipal construction sites, and the number of evacuees is expected to reach 14,429.

In order to ensure the smooth progress of the transfer work, the District Construction Management Committee deployed in advance and set up four special inspection teams to carry out flood control and typhoon prevention inspections on the construction sites involved in the evacuation. Focus on inspecting the preparation of emergency materials for emergency rescue at the construction site, foundation pits, tower cranes, scaffolding, temporary electricity, temporary mobile houses, fences, etc., to ensure that the 85 construction sites involved in the evacuation are fully covered by inspections, and urge all project participating units to make the most comprehensive preparations for flood control and typhoon prevention.

"In accordance with the principle of 'one construction site and one plan', each construction site has formulated a special emergency plan for flood control and Taiwan prevention, clarifying the transfer and resettlement sites, the division of responsibilities, the number of people to be transferred, and the mode of transportation." According to the relevant staff, the main resettlement site is the completed floor of the site, and the surrounding office buildings, shops, schools, hotels and public buildings.

In this regard, the management units of the resettlement sites have taken active actions to ensure that the temporary resettlement sites are well ventilated and provide the necessary water and electricity facilities. The construction units also went all out to provide adequate food and accommodation for the workers, so that they could feel warm and cared for in the wind and rain.

The District Construction Management Committee also requires that after the typhoon, the construction unit must arrange personnel to clean up the resettlement sites when the workers leave to ensure environmental hygiene. At the same time, all construction sites are required to make preparations before resuming work, and the project leader will lead a team to conduct a comprehensive and detailed review of the construction site, focusing on site drainage, foundation pit monitoring, scaffolding foundation, large machinery maintenance and commissioning, power lines, edge openings, house foundations and ancillary connecting components, etc., to ensure that hidden dangers are comprehensively eliminated, secondary disasters are prevented, and construction is resumed in an orderly and safe manner.
