The highest temperature on August 2 reached 39 °C, and at more than 10 o'clock in the morning, the resettlement housing project of plot 06-05 in Luojing Town was suspended in advance. The leaders of Shanghai 20th Metallurgical Corporation came to the construction site and sent salt soda, flower water, cooling oil, washing supplies and other heatstroke prevention and cooling supplies to the front line, sent them to the workers one by one, and told them to do a good job of self-protection and complete the construction task under the premise of health and safety.
Since entering the hot day this summer, the project department has given up the practice of "the day is hot, and the people are working", but pays attention to the scientific allocation of time, puts the safety and health of workers in the first place, and pays attention to quality and progress on this basis.

The project department requires the entire construction site to "do two ends and rest in the middle". Under normal circumstances, when the outdoor temperature reaches more than 37 °C, the project department will not arrange workers to work outdoors in the open air. The office area, living area, and construction area on the site are prepared with medicines and materials for heat stroke prevention and cooling, and several rooms equipped with air conditioning are also arranged at the construction site to cool off, which is also to deal with emergencies.
"Do two ends, rest in the middle", that is, workers go to work early in the morning, rest at 11 o'clock, and start construction after 3 o'clock in the afternoon, avoiding the high temperature interval from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Since the high temperature this summer, the construction site of the Luojing resettlement house has been stable and orderly, and the workers are in good health.
It is understood that the 10 buildings of the resettlement housing project of the 06-05 plot in Luojing Town have all completed the structural capping, and the secondary structure and decoration projects are currently being carried out. This resettlement housing project is mainly used to resettle the relocated households of the Baoshan High-tech Industrial Park (North Park) and the Wusongjiang Project. The total land area of the project is 51,836.5 square meters, the total construction area is 126,516.37 square meters, the plot ratio is 1.8, the greening rate is 35%, and there are 1,048 residential units.
