Li Minrong, male, born in 1955, from Anze, Shanxi, Ph.D. in economics. He is currently the chairman of the CIIC Science and Technology Evaluation Research Center, an adjunct professor and doctoral supervisor of Fujian Normal University, and the vice chairman of the China Association of Regional Economics. He joined the army in December 1970 and was appointed to the rank of director in December 1997. In January 2004, he was appointed as Deputy Director of the General Office of the Provincial Government and a member of the Party Leadership Group. In January 2005, he was appointed as Deputy Director of the General Office of the Provincial Party Committee and a member of the Department Council. Since August 2007, he has been the Deputy Secretary-General of the Fujian Provincial Party Committee and a member of the General Office of the Fujian Provincial Party Committee. From 2011 to July 15, 2015, he served as Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Provincial Press and Publication (Copyright) Bureau. He is mainly engaged in the research of macroeconomics, regional economic competitiveness, modern logistics and other issues. He has published more than 20 books (including co-authorship) such as "Research Report on the Comprehensive Competitiveness of China's Provincial Economy (1998~2004)", published "Haixi Economic Zone and Taiwan" in Taiwan, and published more than 200 academic papers in important newspapers and magazines such as "People's Daily", "Qiushi" and "Management World". The scientific research achievements have won more than 10 provincial and ministerial awards (including cooperation), such as the third prize of the second and third social science achievements of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, the first prize of Fujian Science and Technology Progress Award (ranked third), the first prize of the 7th to 10th Fujian Provincial Social Science Good Achievement Award, the second prize of the 6th Fujian Provincial Social Science Good Achievement Award, and the third prize of the 7th Fujian Provincial Social Science Good Achievement Award, and more than 20 papers and research reports presided over have won other provincial and departmental awards.

Feng Tingjiao, born in Fu'an, Fujian Province in December 1943, graduated from Fujian Agricultural University with a master's degree, and was formerly the deputy director of the Family Economic Committee of the Standing Committee of the Fujian Provincial People's Congress. He is currently the secretary of the Party branch, chief expert and honorary president of the Fujian Tea Society; Editor-in-chief of "Fujian Tea" and "World Tea Industry Development Report" of the Blue Book. He has presided over the certification of Wuyi rock tea, Anxi Tieguanyin origin protection, Tanyang Gongfu geographical indication and other topics. Participated in more than a dozen scientific and technological research projects such as the planning of a strong tea province, the demonstration of national excellent tea varieties, the construction of ecological tea gardens, the prevention and control of tea tree diseases and insect pests, the sprinkler irrigation of tea gardens, the germination, the rapid seedling raising, the purification and rejuvenation of Tieguanyin varieties, the soil survey of tea gardens, and the treatment of esophageal cancer with oolong tea, and served as the team leader or host, and achieved certain results. He has won the second prize of the Provincial Science and Technology Achievement Award once and the third prize twice. During his tenure as president of the Society, the Society was awarded the "Star of Provincial Society" by China Science and Technology for nine consecutive times, and wrote more than 100 academic papers and special reports. From 2009 to 2010, he won the "Special Contribution Award" for the tea ceremony of the Beijing Olympic Games and the Shanghai World Expo. In recent years, it has organized trips to Australia, United States, Taiwan, China and other places to carry out Chinese tea culture publicity and exchanges.

Cai Jun, a well-known expert in China's tea industry, is currently the Secretary-General of the Tea Branch of the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Foodstuffs, Native Produce and Animal Husbandry, and the Secretary-General of the Flower Import and Export Branch. He has been engaged in the international trade of tea for a long time, and has extensive cooperation contacts with domestic and foreign tea industry organizations and important tea merchants. On behalf of the Chinese tea industry, he has delivered speeches at important international tea events and conferences. He has taken the lead in organizing the "International Tea Industry Conference" in China for six times. Compile industry publications such as "International Tea Newsletter", "International Tea News", "International Tea Industry Dynamics", and government information service projects such as "China Tea Export Guide", "China Tea Export Technical Guide", "China Oolong Tea Export Good Practice Practice" and so on. Over the years, he has been committed to the development of China's tea international trade, and participated in the formulation and implementation of a number of policies to promote China's tea exports.

Zhou Guowen, male, born in Ningde City, Fujian Province in August 1973, holds a bachelor's degree from Fujian Normal University, a master's degree from Zhejiang University, a doctorate degree from Beijing Normal University, and a postdoctoral fellow from Tsinghua University. He has attended dozens of international and national academic conferences or activities held at Harvard University in United States, France and other places. He has presided over or participated in more than 10 social science academic research projects of the state, the Ministry of Education and relevant universities. He has published more than 200 articles in well-known core books and periodicals and websites at home and abroad, of which more than 10 have won national, provincial and ministerial excellent paper awards, and 8 have won the first, second, third prize or excellence award in the essay competition. He has published 4 monographs.
