The new cabinet of the Thailand, with Petuntan · Chin Navat as prime minister, met with King Maha ·Vajiralongkorn of Thailand at the Bangkok Palace on the evening of the 6th, and took the oath of office in front of the royal court.

Thailand King Maha ·Vajiralongkorn recently approved a new cabinet of 36 people, with Petuntan as prime minister and six deputy prime ministers, respectively from the Pheu Thai Party, the Pheu Thai Party and the Thailand Unity and Founding Party. Petuntan's Pheu Thai Party dominates the new cabinet, with 17 members in the cabinet overseeing ministries such as defence, transportation, finance, foreign affairs, public health and commerce.
Thailand National Assembly Chairman Wan Nou confirmed on the 6th that Petuntan will deliver a policy address in the National Assembly on the 12th and 13th.
On August 16, Petuntan won the support of a majority of the members of the special session of the lower house of the Thailand parliament and was elected as the new prime minister of Thailand. King Maha · Vajiralongkorn of Thailand subsequently approved her as Prime Minister of Thailand. (Reporter Chen Qianci, Lin Hao)
