  The implementation mode of this project is to sign a relocation compensation agreement with the right subject, and the compensation method is monetary compensation, and 100% of the contract has been signed, forming a single entity. According to the "Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Urban Renewal Regulations", "Shenzhen Urban Renewal Measures", "Shenzhen Urban Renewal Measures Implementation Rules" and other relevant provisions, the implementation of the CSG Industrial Building Urban Renewal Project is to be confirmed as Shenzhen Huisheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., which is hereby announced.

2. Announcement on the implementation of the urban renewal project of the distribution center of Tianhong Shopping Mall

  I. Project Overview: The urban renewal unit of the tianhong shopping mall distribution center is located in the south of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway and the north of Qiaoshen Road. The planning of the renewal unit has been approved, the demolition land area is 13702.9 square meters, and the development construction land area is 8346.6 square meters (see the annex for the scope of demolition and construction land).

  The demolition site of the project involves a plot of land, the parcel number is T405-0026, the land area is 13703.7 ㎡ (basically the same as the planning approval of 13702.9 ㎡), and the right holder is Tianhong Digital Commercial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianhong Company").

  The demolition site of the project includes 2 buildings with a total construction area of 18015.97 square meters, and the current situation is a comprehensive building and warehouse, and the right holder is Tianhong Company.

  The project forms a single entity through the signing of a relocation compensation agreement between tianhong company and Shenzhen Xinwang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., the right subject. According to the "Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Urban Renewal Regulations", "Shenzhen Urban Renewal Measures", "Shenzhen Urban Renewal Measures Implementation Rules" and other relevant provisions, the implementation of the tianhong shopping mall distribution center plot urban renewal project is intended to be confirmed as Shenzhen Xinwang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., which is hereby announced.

  III. Feedback:

  1. During the publicity period, if there is any objection to the publicity, please hold relevant supporting materials and submit written comments to the Urban Renewal and Land Consolidation Bureau of Nanshan District, Shenzhen during the publicity period, and the deadline is October 29, 2021;
