As of August 2, the cargo transported by rail-sea intermodal trains of the new western land-sea corridor this year exceeded 500,000 TEUs, the highest level in the same period in history, fully demonstrating the strong vitality and broad development prospects of the corridor.
With Chongqing as the operation center and the western provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities as the key nodes, the new western land-sea corridor uses railways, sea, highways and other modes of transportation to reach the world in the south through Guangxi, Yunnan and other coastal border ports, effectively solving the international logistics problems in western China and promoting the opening up and development of the western region.
In the process of helping to reduce pollution and carbon emissions in the field of highway transportation of the Western Land-Sea New Corridor, Synergy Hydrogen Energy, together with partners such as Yuhong Chuangneng, has continuously increased investment in the construction of the Western Land-Sea New Corridor and actively participated in the construction and operation of short-distance feeder transportation lines. As of July 23, the hydrogen tractor operated by the Yuhong Chuangneng platform has traveled more than 30,000 kilometers on the new western land-sea corridor, with a transportation weight of more than 50,000 tons and a carbon reduction of up to 30 tons, setting a new benchmark for green development.
