1.1.2 Technical coordination

· Whether the relevant electrical control equipment meets the control function requirements of the building automation system, and whether the secondary control circuit of the control box (cabinet) and the corresponding monitored equipment are reserved for the access point of the building automation system.

· Whether the lighting power electrical has reserved the corresponding power supply circuit to supply power to the equipment of the building automatic control system, and if there is a corresponding power supply circuit, check whether it meets the requirements of the building automatic control system

1.1.3 Installation technical requirements

1.1.3.1 Sensor installation

· Installation of indoor temperature sensor: the connection between the temperature sensor and the controller meets the design requirements to minimize the error caused by wiring; Indoor temperature sensors are installed on the interior walls of heated or air-conditioned rooms, away from doors, windows, and heat sources, or where they may be exposed to sunlight; The catheter opening should be sealed to prevent false temperature measurements due to catheter suction; In areas with high electromagnetic interference, shielded wires are used, and the distance between the sensor wire and the power supply should be greater than 150mm; The installation height of the indoor temperature sensor is 1.4m. The D20mm steel pipe and junction box are embedded during the main construction.

· Duct type temperature sensor installation: select the appropriate installation part according to the length of the temperature sensor of the duct type temperature sensor, and first install the hole on the duct according to the required size. D20mm conduit and junction box can be used for wire laying, and connected with the sensor with metal hose, shielded wire is used in the high electromagnetic interference area, and the distance between the sensor wire and the power supply is greater than 150mm.

· Installation of pipeline temperature sensor: The pipeline temperature sensor is connected to the water pipe through the pipe joint, and the wire laying can choose D20mm wire pipe and junction box, and the metal hose is connected to the sensor, and the terminal port of the sensor is sealed and waterproof vapor enters.

· Installation of temperature and humidity sensor: should not be installed in direct sunlight, and away from areas with strong vibration and electromagnetic interference. Install it outdoors with a protective cover, away from windows, doors and air outlets, and the distance is not less than 2 meters.

· Installation of differential pressure switch: differential pressure switch is installed vertically, and L-shaped bracket can be used for installation if necessary; The size of the opening and the length of the connecting hose are determined according to the installation location on site; The position of the high and low pressure pipes cannot be reversed, and they are installed in a position that is convenient for debugging and maintenance; The installation of the air duct type should be carried out after the completion of the air duct insulation layer and installed in the straight part of the air duct; D20mm conduit and junction box are used for wire laying, and connected with the differential pressure switch with a metal hose, and the height of the differential pressure switch of the water pipe type is less than 0.5 meters from the ground.

· Installation of liquid flow switch: the flow switch should not be installed near the flow measuring hole, right-angle elbow or valve; When installing, the liquid flow switch should be tightened and positioned, so that the blade is at right angles to the direction of the water flow, and the direction of the arrow marked on the switch body is consistent with the direction of the water flow; D20mm conduit and junction box can be used for the laying of liquid flow switch wires, and the metal hose is connected to the sensor, and the terminal port of the sensor is sealed to prevent the entry of water.

· Installation of float level switch: Float level switch has two installation methods in the sewage tank and installation methods on the top of the water supply tank according to different uses. The float level switch cannot be installed in a place where the water flow is turbulent, and the height of the installation is determined by the field level adjustment.

1.1.3.2 Actuator installation

· Installation of electric valve: the pointing of the arrow on the electric valve body is consistent with the direction of water flow; The electric valve on the fan coil unit is installed on the return pipe of the fan coil unit; The electric valve of the air conditioner is generally equipped with a bypass valve, and the caliber of the electric valve is not less than two steps of the pipe diameter; The actuator is fixed firmly, and the handwheel is easy to operate; Valve position indication is easy to observe; The electric valve is installed vertically on the horizontal pipeline, and the large-diameter electric valve cannot be tilted; The electric valve is generally installed on the return pipe; The wiring method of the input voltage and output signal of the electric control valve meets the requirements of the product description, and the simulated action is carried out after installation.

· Installation of solenoid valve: the pointing of the arrow on the solenoid valve body is consistent with the direction of water flow; When the solenoid valve on the air conditioner is inconsistent with the pipe diameter, the gradual shrinkage pipe fittings are adopted, and the diameter of the solenoid valve is not less than two steps of the pipe diameter; The actuator is fixed firmly, and the handwheel is easy to operate; Valve position indication is easy to observe; Simulated actions are performed before installation.

· Installation of electric damper driver: The damper driver is equipped with a built-in positioning relay and two potentiometers to adjust the zero point and working range. First, move the damper to the closed position, use the button to manually unload the gear, reverse the motor clamp to the position of the previous gear closed, and reinstall the gear, correct the motor to a V-shaped clamp that is 90 degrees from the damper shaft and tighten the nut. The direction of the opening and closing arrows is consistent with the direction of opening and closing of the damper; Firm connection; Flexible opening and closing of mechanical structure; The damper controller is oriented to a position for easy viewing; The damper controller is installed vertically with the damper shaft, and the vertical angle is not less than 85 degrees; D20mm conduit and junction box can be used for wire laying, and connected to the damper driver with a metal hose.

1.1.3.3 Installation of equipment in the computer room

The computer room is located in the first floor of the South District, and there is a building control workstation on the first floor of the North District, and the control room equipment is usually composed of peripheral equipment, UPS, printers, main control consoles, displays, PCs and communication controller equipment of the control box. All field devices are connected to the control center computer through the control box, with the PC as the core. The equipment interface is the connection between the control box and the control distribution box, power box and other equipment, which is used to realize the start and stop functions of the equipment. In this part, only the electrical pipeline needs to be laid into the box, and the wiring and commissioning are carried out.

1) Before installation, the appearance of the equipment should be complete, the paint layer on the inner and outer surfaces should be intact, and the external dimensions of the equipment, the model and specifications of the motherboard and wiring ports in the equipment should meet the design requirements.

2) The control box equipment is installed in the weak current shaft (room) or refrigeration station, heat exchange station, water pump room, air conditioning machine room, etc., and is installed on the wall with expansion bolts, and the installation height refers to the height of the distribution box, and the incoming and outgoing lines are laid with metal trunking to ensure that the lines are laid.

3) Solve the correctness of the power supply of the line, the correctness of the line connection, the correctness of the polarity, and the correctness of the correspondence; Check whether the cable type and connection mode between the host device and the network controller, UPS, printer, main console, and system simulation screen are correct according to the system design diagram.

4) The display can display the control, operation and alarm status of the controlled equipment, so as to facilitate the operation and management of the system.

5) The installation of central control and network communication equipment should be vertical, flat and firm, with a permissible deviation of 1.5mm per meter in verticality, a permissible deviation of 1mm per meter in the horizontal direction, a permissible deviation of 2mm in the height of the top of adjacent equipment, a allowable deviation of 1mm in flatness, and a gap of no more than 2mm in the seam.
