On the morning of the 18th, Pan Shihua, assistant to the president of China Sports Industry Group and general manager of China Sports Education and Training Company, attended the opening ceremony and shared with the trainees with the theme of "professional quality of youth sports training managers", focusing on the implementation of macro policies, mastery of sports laws, and dissemination of training values to the trainees from eight aspects.

In view of the current problems faced by industry practitioners, China Sports Education and Training specially released the sports training industry empowerment plan, from the standard support class, course content class, talent training class, guarantee specification class and other aspects, to build a more perfect system for the sports training industry, so that the sports industry can achieve common growth, jointly cultivate the market, and ultimately achieve high-quality development.
At the same time, in order to promote the coordinated development of the sports training industry in various places, China Sports Education and Training authorized Zhejiang Jinhua Operation Center (Yiwu Three Geese Network Technology Co., Ltd.), Jiangxi Ganzhou Operation Center (Ganzhou New Air Sports Industry Development Company), Hebei Baoding Operation Center (Yuelai Yueyong Children's Sports Hall) and other institutions to become the first batch of urban operation centers for Chinese sports education and training.
In addition, after three practical examinations, after layers of screening and professional scoring, 12 of the first batch of special tutors in the country were selected from nearly 100 trainees, namely Pei Wei, Guo Lijun, Liu Xibin, Wang Yongjun, Chen Jiansong, Duan Yingxin, Wang Bogang, Yang Shuhui, Jiang Peng, Cai Maobin, Tang Wenbo, and Jiang Wenjie.
