At the meeting, Wang Jianxin, the person in charge of finance, reported on the current situation and improvement measures of the production and operation of Xingtai merchants from January to March this year, and Sun Haoran listened carefully to the report, and guided and analyzed the decomposition of marketing targets and salary assessment and incentives of Xingtai merchants.
Sun Haoran put forward four requirements for doing a good job in the next step: First, establish an incentive mechanism, clarify the expectations of marketing assessment, ensure that the gross profit goal is not wavering, enhance the customer risk and gross profit analysis ability, timely pay attention to and analyze product flow and consumer group changes, improve customer satisfaction, and form an institutionalization. The second is to strengthen the value orientation of marketing assessment, strengthen financial management and contract review, realize separate accounting by salesmen, establish details of each project, and regularly carry out information feedback. The third is to keep an eye on the progress of receivables collection, collect, register and track customer information in a timely manner, and reconcile accounts monthly to prevent the occurrence of bad debts. The fourth is to strengthen confidence, take the initiative, have the same goal, actively respond to the new situation and new difficulties, and do a good job in production and operation and assessment and incentive work this year.
