In order to solve the doubts in the practice of amoeba and further enhance and improve the business thinking and methods, Sun Haoran, chief economist of China United Cement, recently went to Wolong Zhonglian for two days of research and guidance.
At the symposium, the operation and management department of Wolong Zhonglian reported on the recent business performance of each business unit; the managers of each business department and the second-level baba chief analyzed and summarized the improvement of production and operation, the completion of key tasks, the operating accounting statements and the highlights of the work.
Sun Haoran listened carefully to the report and made comments. He fully affirmed the remarkable achievements made by Wolong Zhonglian Amoeba since its implementation, and put forward the following requirements:
First, clarify the goals and responsibilities, and put product quality improvement in the first place;
The second is to take the initiative to play the main responsibility, and the reward and punishment system is the main channel to promote the improvement of future earnings;
The third is to establish correct values without wavering, from top to bottom through to every employee, through the performance to promote income growth;
The fourth is to take the process as the core, absorb talents, keep an eye on indicators, and follow up in real time;
Fifth, rewards and punishments are clear, responsibility is assigned to people, and advanced incentives are encouraged;
Sixth, look outward at the benchmark, look at the gap, find the reasons, and introduce advanced technologies and talents;
The seventh is to pay attention to the ability to make good use of talents, move from manual management to digital management, and create results for enterprises.
Liu Junlin, secretary of the party committee and general manager of Wolong Zhonglian, said that the requirements put forward by Sun Haoran must be carefully understood, learn from each other, and implemented in practice, so as to effectively promote the continuous improvement of the company's enterprise management capabilities.
