After the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression in 1945, people from all walks of life throughout the country strongly opposed the civil war and called for the establishment of a coalition government through democratic consultation. In order to deceive public opinion, Chiang Kai-shek pretended to negotiate with the Communist Party of China and signed the "Double Tenth Agreement." In 1946, the Kuomintang reactionaries unilaterally tore up the agreement and besieged the Liberated Areas of the Central Plains with about 300,000 troops.

The War of Liberation begins. The Battle of Menglianggu was a major battle fought by Chen Yi and Su Yu in the Yimeng Mountains during the Liberation War, commanded Chinese by chen Yi and Su Yu in the East China Field Army of the People's Liberation Army. In this victorious campaign, the Seventy-fourth Division of the Kuomintang Army was completely wiped out, and our army created an example of cutting off the main offensive force from the center of the enemy's front under the situation of the enemy's heavy troops advancing in parallel, which was a key battle to break the Kuomintang army's key offensive against the Shandong Liberated Areas and change the situation in East China.

Sun Haoran is currently the leader of the law enforcement brigade of the Fengning Manchu Autonomous County Branch of the Chengde Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment. She has conducted more than 300 on-site law enforcement inspections, more than 10 night inspections, handled more than 170 petition cases, imposed 15 administrative penalties, transferred 2 criminal cases of environmental violations, and sealed 1 case, contributing to the cause of ecological environmental protection. During the epidemic, she took the lead in returning to work, leading law enforcement team members to work on the front line to conduct comprehensive inspections of medical waste and sewage in medical institutions. She works in sewage treatment plants, rural health centers and other places. In 2019, Sun Haoran was rated as an advanced individual in Chengde City.
