In terms of specialization, among the 15 school principals (including 2 deputy positions, responsible for presiding over the school's work), there are 1 senior professional title and 11 deputy senior professional titles, and the newly promoted ones have served as school deputy positions and have been trained in multiple positions, with strong professional leadership.

In order to train outstanding talents on a higher platform, in 2022, with nine years of consistent thinking, Lunjiao will openly select and recruit primary school vice principals for street junior high schools and primary schools, and after multiple rounds of evaluation, 8 vice principals with reasonable age levels, reasonable subject allocation, and new requirements for school development will be promoted.
