The renovation scope of the "industrial transformation" project of Lianjiang East Road is about 280 acres, with a planned plot ratio of not less than 3.0, a total investment of about 1.5 billion yuan, and an estimated construction area of not less than 500,000 square meters. At present, the project has an investment intention party, and signed the "Investment Intention Agreement", some factories and warehouses that do not meet the requirements have been closed and fenced, and the voting work of the land ownership party has also been completed.
