Li Peiling, a 51-year-old graduate of Tsinghua University majoring in welding, is the head of the body department of the production headquarters of Guangqi Honda Automobile Co., Ltd. From a grassroots technician in the workshop, to the inspection technology, the deputy inspection master and then to the head of the body department, Li Peiling has been rooted in the scene, delving into professional technology, she has become a vehicle quality management expert, a technical expert in the field of body. Her studio has also become a demonstration point for the innovation studio of female employees in Guangdong Province, and she herself has been elected as a model worker in Guangzhou.
In the past, it took six minutes for pure manual work, stamping and welding a car, and under the efforts of Li Peiling's studio, the automated production line stamped and welded a car in only 43 seconds, which is also the first automated production line with a daily output of 1,000 cars in China.
Facing the evolutionary trend of new technologies, new processes and ultra-short-term development in the automotive industry, Li Peiling has the courage to explore, has the courage and determination to lead the team to innovate independently, continue to exert efforts, carry out more than 100 innovative projects, break the monopoly of foreign technology, and practice the concept of "one drop and two highs". Among them, the canopy laser welding automatic line is the fastest laser welding production line in China, and it is also the result of independent research and development of Li Peiling Studio, breaking the technical monopoly.
During the toPHAT inspection period, Minister Li Peiling led the team to work until 11 pm every day for two consecutive weeks, and achieved a high-quality appearance level with 6 sets of parts, laying a solid foundation for the smooth mass production of the laser welding process.
This project has formed 5 invention patents and literature, including "A Method of High-speed Laser Brazing of Automobile Roof". The project is also the first laser welding production line of GAC Group. This research and development result also attracted technical personnel from all over the world to visit and exchange.
In the production workshop display video, you can see a robot working. Wearing a white coat and a refreshing short haircut, Zhan Hong, winner of the May Day Labor Medal in Guangdong Province and director of the emergency department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, told her story in the emergency department.
In 1987, the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University established an emergency department, and Zhan Hong became the first batch of full-time emergency doctors, so she worked as an emergency doctor for 32 years.
Emergency work is urgent, emphasizing that time is life. At 10:00 a.m. in February of a certain year, a 73-year-old man was sent to the emergency department because of acute chest pain, and the electrocardiogram showed an acute extensive anterior wall myocardial infarction, and suddenly, the patient had cardiac arrest, and the emergency medical team immediately put into emergency procedures, but an hour passed, and the patient still did not recover. But the team still insisted on rescuing. After two and a half hours, the patient's heartbeat stabilized; more than 5 hours passed, and the patient's consciousness was restored!
"Watching a life survive, the stone in our hearts fell to the ground, very happy!" Zhan Hong's speech caused a warm applause from the audience.
According to Zhan Hong, there are more than 500 patients in conventional hospitals every day, reaching more than 1,000 patients at the peak, of which about 20% are patients who need to be rescued.
"Emergency patients should make the most appropriate diagnosis in the shortest time to save patients," Zhan Hong admitted, because the emergency time is urgent, in this instant, emergency pressure often causes contradictions. She remembers one night, a mother came to the clinic with her 17-year-old son and said she would go first. At that time, the emergency team was rescuing critically ill patients, and Zhan Hong asked parents to wait a little. "Unexpectedly, the spit star sprayed my face instantly, and I felt really uncomfortable in my heart, but I was afraid that the patient's family would be even more unbearable, so I went to the side and quietly dried the spit on my face and continued to treat the patient, including later treating her child." The next morning, the parents took their son to the hospital to apologize to Zhan Hong. "Patients come to the hospital with hope and trust in us, we have to think differently, this is our responsibility for medical care, we have to serve them seriously." Because of this concept, in the past 32 years, Zhan Hong has handled more than 5.5 million emergency patients and rescued nearly 1 million critically ill patients.

Feng Yinghui is a typical representative of the front-line technical backbone of CCCC Fourth Aviation Institute, who has long been engaged in the creation of architecture, planning, interior, landscape and other schemes and the design of construction drawings, and has excellent performance in the field of creative design and leading team collaboration. He has presided over or is mainly responsible for the completion of dozens of provincial and national key projects, including Nansha Port, Myanmar's new Yangon City Planning, Sri Lanka Asian Youth Association Sports City, and the construction of artificial islands off the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge.
In 2013, Feng Yinghui accepted the architectural design task of the east and west artificial island architecture schemes of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Island Tunnel Project, and won the design rights in the competition.
The project is a cluster project of innovative outer sea bridge island tunnel and building integration, and there is no engineering precedent in the world for construction requirements, functions and standards. In the past five years, she has led dozens of architectural design teams to be stationed on site, carried out dozens of technical research projects, and finally successfully completed the grand blueprint of more than 40 design monomer sub-projects and 22 professional collaborations.
The main building on the island of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is like a work of art, Feng Yinghui introduced, the aesthetic concept of the project, using the most common building materials to present a minimalist, simple and elegant feeling, refining the southern Cantonese culture that is popular in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, the arcade building vaguely climbed to the building façade, "I hope that people in the three places have a sense of intimacy and identity." ”

It turned out that these 41 babies were all born and conceived by Feng Yinghui's colleagues during the construction of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, including Feng Yinghui's baby.
