Yin Chuping, originally from Qingtian, Zhejiang, went to Brazil in 1985, he started from small commodity retail, and with unremitting efforts, he successfully established his own import and export enterprise in the 90s of the 20th century, focusing on the cross-border trade of daily necessities, and his career is growing day by day.

"In the beginning, most of the overseas Chinese in Brazil started their first business by selling bags, carrying bags full of goods needed by the locals, going door to door to do business, known as 'bag pickers'." Yin Chuping said.
He said: "In the early years, most Chinese were engaged in small businesses or restaurants, and it was difficult to reach high-end industries. At that time, the locals didn't know much about China, and when they saw us Asian faces, their first reaction would be to ask if we were Japanese or Korean. ”
In the 90s of the 20th century, with the acceleration of China's reform and opening up and the implementation of a new economic plan in Brazil, Yin Chuping's career also entered the fast lane.
"I saw a huge business opportunity in importing Chinese goods, and I set up an import and export trading company to purchase daily necessities from China and ship them to Brazil. Because Chinese products are of high quality and low price, the goods are always sold out quickly after they arrive. Yin Chuping said.
"We have suppliers all over China, and every year I go back to China and go deep into the factory to select high-quality products," he said. With the development of China's manufacturing industry, the market scale of the daily necessities industry continues to expand, the product variety is more abundant, and the appearance and quality of products are also improving. ”
Cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils, home décor, personal care products, children's toys, gifts...... Yin Chuping sells these Chinese products throughout Brazil, and many of them are sold in large and medium-sized supermarkets in Brazil, where they are well received by local consumers.

"Among these goods, ceramic dishes are recognized in the Brazil market for their unique craftsmanship, exquisite patterns and excellent durability, appearing on the tables of many Brazil families; In recent years, many Chinese daily necessities have also begun to incorporate smart and environmentally friendly elements, which not only improve the functionality of products, but also enhance the consumer experience. Yin Chuping said.
Traveling between the two countries every year, Yin Chuping is also deeply touched by China's high level of opening up and the continuous optimization of the business environment.
He said: "From the continuous reduction of the negative list for foreign investment access to the full liberalization of manufacturing access, from the overall promotion of the construction of pilot free trade zones and free trade ports to the high-level implementation of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP)...... China's high-level opening-up has provided foreign-funded enterprises with more convenient industrial facilities and a continuously optimized business environment. ”

As many overseas Chinese have returned to their hometowns to visit and look for business opportunities, overseas Chinese hometowns around the country have also actively built bridges and optimized services in recent years, providing opportunities for overseas Chinese to seek in-depth cooperation.
Yin Chuping said: "The launch of various measures to serve overseas Chinese has made it more and more convenient for overseas Chinese to study, work and live in China. Taking my hometown of Qingtian, Zhejiang Province as an example, overseas Chinese can handle matters such as family visit residence and household registration certificate at the green window of the Overseas Chinese Office of the Administrative Service Center of Qingtian County, Zhejiang Province, so as to achieve 'one run at most'. ”
"In recent years, overseas Chinese-related activities such as the 'Entrepreneurship China' event and the China Overseas Chinese Investment Conference have also provided a platform for our overseas Chinese businessmen to exchange and negotiate, so that everyone can accurately connect with the Chinese market and share development opportunities." Yin Chuping said.

In Yin Chuping's view, with the improvement of China's international influence, the waist of overseas Chinese in Brazil has become more and more straight, and the increasingly frequent economic and trade exchanges between the two countries have also brought more development opportunities and transformation space for overseas Chinese.
He said that there are now more than 300,000 overseas Chinese in Brazil, and they have achieved good results in all walks of life, and at the same time strive to integrate into and give back to the local society, carry out love activities such as helping the weak and the poor, disaster relief and relief, and give back to the "second hometown" with good deeds.
On June 26, 2018, the then President of Brazil, Temer, signed a decree designating August 15 as the "Chinese Migrant Day" in Brazil every year, to further highlight the contribution of overseas Chinese to the construction of Brazil society, and at the same time let the local people understand China and Chinese culture.

"'China Immigration Day' is the greatest affirmation and recognition of overseas Chinese." Yin Chuping said that the two countries have broad prospects for development in the fields of agriculture, energy, infrastructure construction, aerospace, and scientific and technological innovation, and that overseas Chinese in Pakistan are willing to give full play to their own advantages in economic and trade exchanges and cooperation between the two countries, and at the same time continue to establish a good image of Chinese in the country where they live.
