Combined with the current situation of employees in Qilihe District, the Federation of Trade Unions of Qilihe District innovated its working methods, and sent the care of the party and the government to front-line workers from all walks of life such as couriers, online food delivery workers, sanitation individuals, construction workers, truck drivers, etc., by carrying out the "cool station" in the four major business districts, the "cool" policy of the trade union, the "green shade" supported by the trade union, and the "parasol" of outdoor workers in the small post station, so as to help them solve the problem of summer heatstroke prevention.

Laborers Station, organized more than 100 outdoor workers and new forms of workers to carry out two "trade unions send 'cool' policy, care and health" outdoor work heatstroke prevention and first aid knowledge lectures, using a combination of theoretical knowledge explanation and practical operation, for the prevention of heat stroke, heatstroke prevention and cooling misunderstandings, correct first aid measures after heat stroke and first aid treatment of various emergencies, Heimlich first aid method, Cardiopulmonary resuscitation and other contents have been systematically explained and practiced to avoid safety accidents caused by high temperatures and effectively protect the health and safety of each employee; Third, the trade union supported a "green shade" activity, walked into the Wanda No. 2 construction site and the project site of Haihong Technology Co., Ltd., visited the front-line construction workers and migrant workers, distributed heatstroke prevention and cooling materials to them, carried out legal knowledge publicity, and created a "green shade" for them; Fourth, the small post station supports the "parasol" activity of outdoor workers, relying on 38 "love stations" in the whole district, distributing heatstroke prevention and cooling gift packages, passing care to more outdoor worker groups, giving full play to the "big temperature" role of the "small post station", and supporting the "parasol" for outdoor workers.
