1. The data of each hospital is self-contained and has not yet been shared with each other.
Due to the inadequacy of the current medical system, the disease codes, charging codes, and drug and consumables databases in mainland China are all independently managed by local governments or local hospitals, and it is difficult to share and circulate medical information, and the diagnosis and treatment records of the same patient in different hospitals are kept by different hospitals themselves, and it is difficult for doctors in a single hospital to provide patients with perfect diagnosis and treatment plans, resulting in the inability to achieve the expected treatment results.
2. The independence of the hospital and the outside of the hospital makes it more difficult to effectively use medical data.
Most of the existing medical and health information data outside the hospital are collected separately by the intelligent hardware developed by different enterprises, and users with health management needs use these hardware to monitor and manage their own health status, and their information can play a great auxiliary role in the diagnosis of doctors. However, the current personal health data has not yet achieved standardized integration, and these data have not yet been effectively connected with the hospital's personal diagnosis and treatment database, and the original promising user health data has become useless.
