It is reported that the "Yangpu District Youth Job Search Ability Training Camp" was launched on June 24 and ended on July 1 for a period of 6 days. During the period, a mentor team composed of a number of industry experts and senior human resources experts carefully designed a series of courses covering professional quality improvement, job interview skills, resume making, career planning, etc., using diversified teaching methods such as career assessment, mock interview, group competition, and enterprise visits, to provide students with a full range of job search skills training.
For students, the course also adopts the advanced "process mode" for teaching, combined with the "situational teaching" mode, and invites experts in multiple fields as instructors to create a real and vivid job search scenario for the students, helping them to have an in-depth understanding of the workplace culture and corporate needs.

After the closing ceremony, the "15-minute Employment Service Circle" 2024 100 Days and 100 Million Recruitment Special Action Job Fair kicked off at the scene.
In order to better match the job search needs of the trainees who have completed the training camp, the positions of this job fair are mainly for key youth employment groups in the jurisdiction, and online and offline special sessions are set up. A total of 8 companies were recruited offline to participate, more than 60 kinds of positions were opened, and more than 155 people were planned to be recruited. Through the shared live broadcast room of the Changhai Road Street community online, more than 40 types of positions from more than 10 companies were brought and more than 160 people were planned to be recruited.
The job fair was crowded, and the students in the training camp turned into job seekers, shuttling between various recruitment booths with resumes, actively communicating with corporate recruiters and seeking suitable employment opportunities.
Xiao Zhao is one of them, who has been unemployed for more than 3 months. He majored in finance at university, and after attending the training camp, he gained a lot and decided to expand his job search direction to various fields that he was interested in. "This training camp has helped me a lot and I have learned a lot of knowledge and skills that are not in books. The training camp aims to provide young job seekers with all-round and multi-angle job search skills training and guidance through a series of well-designed courses and activities, enhance their employment competitiveness, and build an employment "through train" for job-seeking young people through the job fair on the last day. According to statistics, there are 19 people who have initially reached the intention online and offline at this job fair, of which 3 students have reached the intention to participate in the training camp.
This event not only provides valuable practical opportunities and employment opportunities for young job seekers, but also injects new vitality and impetus into the development of various fields.
