I looked at the map for a long time and found that the government army had basically lost face in the northeast, northwest, and southeast. Except for a small part of the Golden Triangle, which is quite stable, the rest of the world is really precarious.
In fact, the only provinces where the Burmese majority are firmly held by the government army are left. Don't underestimate these provinces, they are the core areas of Myanmar.
Originally, with such a large territory, even if the government army could not win, it would at least be able to survive for a few years. But the problem is that even the Burmese themselves are starting to turn against the government forces.

It is a native Burmese armed force, and it is a new force that has only risen later. Let me tell you, the growth rate of this armed force is called a ferocious one, and anyone who opposes the Min Aung Hlaing military group can join in, and it is said that the number of personnel has reached as much as 70,000.
Their combat effectiveness is not covered, and they are also overwhelmed when they fight with the Burmese army, and the government army can't resist it! If this continues to be fought like this, it won't be long before even those core provinces will have to change hands.
I also saw a set of figures on the Internet that said that 18 million people have been affected by the war in Myanmar right now. Of these 18 million, some have become refugees, and some are about to leave their homes. In the face of such a predicament, if the government army does not take some practical action, I am afraid that even its own soldiers will mutiny.
Speaking of which, the reason why the government army has fallen to this point today is rooted in the hearts of the people. They have fought for so many years, but not only did they not please me, but on the contrary, they pushed the people further and further away. Isn't this a clear way to get along with yourself? Think about it, how can an army lose the hearts of the people and still win a war? Isn't this a fool's dream?
Two days ago, even the staff of the Burmese embassy in France defected, just because Myanmar wanted to transfer her back to China, she was unwilling to return to her homeland, and would rather betray than come back, what does this mean?
Even such high-level diplomats dislike their hometowns, not to mention the common people, who are displaced and living in misery. They face war, poverty, disease, and struggle to survive every day.
But those military leaders in power are still not enlightened. They only know that they cling to their power and do not even consider negotiating conditions with the national armed forces. I thought, "They're digging their own graves!" If you don't change your course as soon as possible, you won't even lose that last bit of dignity.
As an outsider, I sincerely hope that all forces in Myanmar will see the situation clearly and stop the fighting in time. After all, the country is divided, and the most injured are the unarmed people!
