The position of the hydrofoil installation is better to get forward, the position of the foot should be T-shaped, and the rear foot is stepped on the position of the hydrofoil, and the way to ride is to watch the video of the tubing hydrofoil boss, which is a bit difficult to describe, and the paddle board is a bit similar, but the rhythm is different. After the paddle is inserted into the water, the force is sent forward from the back foot to the front foot to the hip. The back foot is loose, the front foot is solid, the power must be in place, and the rhythm is difficult to master at the beginning.
Yesterday it was about 2 seconds in 1 hour, and today it is about 3 or 4 times in 2 seconds. Either it gets up a little bit and goes down again, or it falls into the water after getting up, and the feeling is completely different after taking up, and it takes time to get used to it.
All in all, it is a process of paddle board →paddle board + pump → pump.
Only to find out that this is a board sport, such as surfing, skateboarding, etc. Not paddle sports.
