The guest said, "I ordered spaghetti bolognese, but when it was served, I only saw a little bit of meat!" Not at all like the spaghetti bolognese I've eaten elsewhere.

This guest has a hard time speaking Mandarin and has been trying very hard to speak sentences, accompanied by an international friend, so I guess this guest is probably a Chinese from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan or returning from abroad.
In fact, this restaurant pays great attention to the feedback of customers on the food, but according to this dispute, when the customer is really dissatisfied, the staff did not solve the problem in time.
On the other hand, when we used to dine out, we often encountered a big difference between the dishes served and the pictures, but we never thought to ask the restaurant why.
I think that if I encounter it again in the future, I can also try to ask about the rights I have won for myself.
