During the Dragon Boat Festival, under the leadership of Fu Guizhi, captain of the Xuzhou "Soldier Mother" Army Support Service Association, a group of 10 people including Zhou Ming and other team members brought red dates, Jiang rice, zongzi leaves and other ingredients to a certain department of the Air Force stationed in Xuzhou to carry out double-support and co-construction activities, and made zongzi with the officers and soldiers of the grassroots detachment to spend an unforgettable Dragon Boat Festival together.

Every Spring Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, Army Day and other holidays, Fu Guizhi will lead the members of the "Soldier Mother" Army Support Service Association to support the army and visit the troops stationed in Xu Wangjie, a certain unit of the Air Force, the Xuzhou Detachment of the Armed Police, and the Mine Road Fire Squadron to support the army, send computers, books, and fitness equipment to the grassroots companies, teach the soldiers to make zongzi, create calligraphy and painting works, and carry out a variety of double-support and joint construction activities, so as to send motherly warmth to the officers and soldiers.
Over the past 30 years, Fu Guizhi's office has been filled with more than 100 honorary banners presented by various troops stationed in Xuzhou, and has been awarded the "Model of Supporting the Army" in Xuzhou City, the "Advanced Individual of Lei Feng Volunteers" in Jiangsu Province, and the "Top Ten Advanced Individuals Caring for National Defense Construction" in Xuzhou City. In October 2011, he was awarded the title of "China's Good Person for Helping Others".
