#头条创作挑战赛#千百年来, for Li Bai, we have been living in his verses.
When I was a child, who didn't say a few words of "Silent Night Thoughts", looked up at the bright moon, and bowed my head to think of my hometown;
When the exam arrives, there will be a time when "the long wind and waves will be long, and the clouds will sail into the sea" to send blessings;
On the graduation guest book, it will not be "Peach Blossom Lake is thousands of feet deep, not as deep as Wang Lun to send me love";
Go to the Yellow Crane Tower, there is "the old man left the Yellow Crane Tower in the west, and the fireworks went down to Yangzhou in March";
Go to Lushan, there is "flying down 3,000 feet, suspected to be the Milky Way falling for nine days";
Go to the White Emperor City, there is "the white emperor of the court, the white emperor between the clouds, thousands of miles of Jiangling in one day";
Even if you are drunk, you can find a few lines of poetry to excuse yourself: three cups lead to the avenue, and one bucket is natural. But if you have fun in wine, don't pass it on to the awake.
But for the real Li Bai, is his life happy? Is it as free-spirited, bold, and unrestrained as his verses?
Maybe after answering the following four questions, you will have your own answer, I see!
The first question: Why is Li Bai always wandering, is his money bag a cornucopia?
Li Bai has never been to work seriously in his life, what 9 to 5, 996, is a floating cloud to him, but he should eat and eat, drink and drink less, get married, have children, travel, and nothing has been left behind.
Someone made a rough count of Li Bai's whereabouts, saying that he has been traveling for 27 years in his life, climbing more than 80 mountains and crossing 18 provinces, so some people can't help but ask, where does his money come from?
The reason why Li Bai can achieve financial freedom is mainly related to his family background, marriage and talent, but the price he pays for it is also huge.
Let's look at his family history first, there are not many historical records about Li Bai's father Li Ke. But through some clues, it can also be seen that his family's financial situation.
Li Ke was a merchant whose ancestral residence was in the Tang Dynasty's important trading town of Broken Leaves, which is today's Kyrgyzstan, and Li Bai's ancestors mainly traded with the Tang Dynasty.
But why is Li Bai a native of Sichuan? Because his father Li Ke took the family on a great migration and moved from Broken Leaf City to Shudi.
This is not an ordinary journey, at that time the car can not be refueled, can not run fast, mainly rely on oxen, horses, camels and other pulling, the available means of transportation are limited, but also to carry a large family of dozens of people, there are old and young, mighty, pulling mountains and wading, there are robbers on the road.
Li Ke can let the family settle down safely, which is a legend in itself, but the first element behind this legend must be related to the economy, without strong economic strength, it is difficult to go such a long way, and there are too many places to use money on the road.
It can be inferred from this that Li Ke was at least relatively wealthy economically, which can also be seen from their later life in Shu.
For example, Li Bai "recited Liujia at the age of five", started reading at the age of five, and at the age of fifteen, he was "good at swordsmanship, happy to be a hero", and he likes swordsmanship, and loves to play around.
Another example is Li Bai, also known as Li Twelve, it is said that the Li family has 15 children, Li Bai is the twelfth, and he can support so many children, which is not something that ordinary people can afford.
Therefore, Li Bai can travel all over the world and have a solid family background, which is one of the reasons. However, when he was 21 years old, his father died, and for a wandering person like him, the family property is naturally limited, but I have to say that he is a little lucky, and his marriage has since been his backer, and soft rice and hard food have also solved many of his economic problems.
According to historical records, Li Bai had four wives in his life, two of whom belonged to the "rich woman" level, and the family background of these two wives was not simple, one was the granddaughter of the late Prime Minister Xu Yushi after the official eunuch.
Speaking of their fate, they have to rely on Meng Haoran, the "matchmaker".
In the fourteenth year of Kaiyuan (726 AD), Li Bai traveled to Yangzhou, ate delicious food, saw the beautiful scenery, made a lot of friends, and then fell ill, and continued to travel after the illness, and stayed in Ruzhou (now Linru County, Henan) for a while, and turned to Anlu (now Anlu County, Hubei Province).
In Anlu, he got acquainted with Meng Haoran, the two met late, and after getting acquainted, Meng Haoran knew that he was not married yet, and he was 27 years old, which is also an older young man in modern times.
After thinking about it for a while, Meng Haoran introduced Xu Yushi's own granddaughter to Li Bai and made him a son-in-law, Li Bai was also very happy, he didn't mind being a son-in-law.
First, Li Bai was unrestrained, and lived in the Western Regions when he was a child, where there were matrilineal clans, and he had a normal heart for entering the country; Second, he also values the influence of the woman's family on his career development.
Li Bai was born in a merchant family, and according to the laws of the Tang Dynasty, the son of a merchant could not participate in the imperial examination, but he could enter the government by other means.
So, after Li Bai married a rich girl, he lived a life of "eating soft rice" openly and continued his travel career.
Later, through the family relationship of his wife Xu, he met Zhang Yan, the son of Prime Minister Zhang Shuo, in Chang'an, and wanted to get a recommendation through him, but there was no follow-up.
In the twenty-third year of Kaiyuan (735 AD), Li Bai got acquainted with He Zhizhang, and it was precisely because of He Zhizhang's praise of him that Li Bai had the title of "Immortal", and with the help of He Zhizhang, he offered poems to Princess Yuzhen, which was appreciated by Princess Yuzhen.
Later, when he was 41 years old, he worked in Hanlin for two years, but in the end, because his behavior was too dissolute, he was "given gold and released" by Xuanzong.
Therefore, his wife Xu is also one of Li Bai's financial resources, and he married Xu for ten years, and Xu died.
Li Bai's other wife, Zong, is also his top supporter, and their acquaintance is even more dramatic.
In the third year of Tianbao (744 AD), Li Bai met Du Fu in Luoyang, the eastern capital, and the two became friends.
One day, the three of them arrived at Liangyuan in Songzhou, which is now Shangqiu Liangyuan. Poets get together to talk about poetry, national events, inevitably indispensable to the pleasure of wine, wine to the depths of affection, the three of them poetry flourished, one after another on the wall to write poems.
The poem Li Bai left on the wall is "Liang Yuanyin", of course, he wrote a lot of poems, and he wouldn't care about a poem, but then someone cared, and it was a woman.
When the woman saw the poem in Liang Yuan, she was immediately shocked, and when someone wanted to erase the poem, she immediately stopped it, and bought the wall for 1,000 taels, and then transported it back to her home.
Even if you are at this woman's big money, you can also know that she has a mine at home, otherwise how could she do such a thing of "working people and hurting money"? Sure enough, many people were also shocked by her behavior, and soon this matter spread all over Songzhou, and the story of the daughter buying the wall was passed down in this way.
At the same time, it also spread to Li Bai's ears, and Li Bai was also shocked, he probably didn't expect that his poems had such a great charm and made a young lady so obsessed.
Li Bai didn't hesitate, this time he took the initiative and found this woman.
Who do you say she is? The granddaughter of Zong Chuke, the prime minister of Wu Zetian, is named Zong Yu, and she is also a woman from a big family. So, Li Bai married Bai Fumei again, and then lived a well-off life.
To say that this Zong clan and Li Bai are a perfect match, both of them are quite romantic. After marriage, he lived in seclusion and cultivated together, and Li Bai also recorded the love and affection between them with poems, such as in "Qiupu Jinei", "Although the country is blocked, the agreement is not different".
But the good times didn't last long, the Anshi Rebellion broke out, and the fate of the Tang Dynasty and the fate of individuals were all chaotic and could not predict the future.
During the Anshi Rebellion, he and the Zong clan had taken refuge in Lushan, and their lives became poor due to the turmoil, and later Li Bai became the staff of the Yongwang Li Lan, but unfortunately he was involved in the rebellion and was arrested.
The Zong family ran around to save his husband, and did not hesitate to use his family connections to help him up and down, and finally exonerated the capital crime and was assigned to Yelang. On the way, he was pardoned again, which was really a blessing in misfortune, so Li Bai wrote the poem "Early White Emperor City", "The light boat has passed the Ten Thousand Mountains".
But his husband and wife fate with the Zong family also ended here, and the Zong family finally died of illness, and Li Bai fell into trouble again.
Therefore, his wife Zong is also Li Bai's economic backer.
Li Bai has been recognized as a great talent for thousands of years, and his talent has also been fascinated by many people, so he still has a part of his income from "fan rewards".
Tang Xuanzong is his super fan, although it has not been for a long time, but this fan has made a big move.
In the first year of Tianbao (742 AD), Li Bai joined Hanlin, of course, this is also the blessing of Toga Zhizhang and Princess Yuzhen, and the hard work finally pays off.
Li Bai's work is not complicated, that is, to write some poems to the emperor's concubine, Li Bai has written a number of famous poems, such as "Music in the Palace", "Qingping Tune" written specifically for Yang Guifei, "Clouds want clothes, flowers want to look, spring breeze blows Revlon" and so on.
But Li Baizhi is not here, his ambition has always been to serve the country, not to flatter, coupled with his dissolute appearance, "Xuanzong can't call for it, and lead Gao Lishi to take off his boots", in the end, Xuanzong, a super fan, can't stand him anymore.
But Xuanzong didn't use him in vain, but "gave the gold back", how much gold was given? Some people say that it is 300,000 taels, and this money is enough for him to spend for a while.
In addition to Tang Xuanzong, a super fan, there is another one who is also more famous, that is, the poet Wang Lun. Li Bai took refuge with his uncle Li Yangbing in his later years, and after Wang Lun heard about it, he invited him to his home, saying that he had ten miles of peach blossoms and ten thousand hotels.
When Li Bai heard it, there was wine to drink and beautiful scenery to enjoy, so he happily went, and after arriving, he saw neither the beautiful scenery nor the ten thousand hotels.
Wang Lun hurriedly explained, saying that the so-called peach blossom is the name of the pond ten miles away; Wanjia Hotel said that the owner of this hotel is surnamed Wan.
After Li Bai heard this, not only did he not get angry, but laughed out loud, moved by Wang Lun's hospitality.
At the time of parting, Li Bai wrote the popular "Gift to Wang Lun", but Wang Lun did not let him return empty-handed, but waved his hand and gave him eight famous horses, ten official brocades, it can be seen that the Peach Blossom Pond is thousands of feet deep, not as deep as Wang Lun to send me love, these two sentences are extremely heavy.
In addition to accepting gifts from fans, there are also small favors from fans, such as a more famous fan named Wei Wan.
In order to see Li Bai, this person is no less than today's female fans chasing idols. Li Bai traveled, living without a fixed place, he followed Li Bai's footprints, from Wangwu Mountain in Henan to Shandong, and then to Jiangsu, half a year later, across more than 3,000 miles, and finally met Li Bai on the streets of Yangzhou.
Li Bai wrote a poem for him "Send Wang Wu Shanren Wei Wan back to Wang Wu", Wei Wan naturally gave him less things, please eat and drink.
In general, Li Bai was not very bad in his life, but he was rich and noble when he was rich, and he was also very depressed when he was down, and he had nowhere to go in his later years, so he had to go to his uncle Li Yangbing, and ended his life of travel in Dangtu.
The second question: Is Li Bai's marriage happy?
Li Bai has been married four times in his life and has four wives, in addition to the two rich daughters mentioned above, there are also two ordinary people.
Li Bai and his first wife Xu had a son and a daughter, after Xu's death, he also had no home, after selling the land, he moved to Yanzhou, Shandong with his children, because most of Li Bai's family settled here, so it is not excluded that there is a suspicion of refuge with relatives and friends.
Soon after he bought a property in Shandong, a distant relative introduced a widow surnamed Liu to Li Bai. It is estimated that Li Bai was not in a good mood at this time, and he was confused and combined with Liu.
After marriage, I found out that Liu is a realist, she lives in firewood, rice, oil, salt, sauce, vinegar and tea, while Li Bai lives in the clouds, fog, wine, poetry, and journey.
With different values, couples quarrel is inevitable, and often because of money. Liu's marriage was to dress and eat, while Li Bai's marriage was to seek spiritual sustenance, and quarrels were inevitable.
In the eyes of the Liu family and his family, Li Bai didn't even have a serious job, his land was meager, and it was difficult to solve the problem of food and clothing, so he was a person who didn't do his job.
Li Bai also felt the malice of Liu and his family, and in the end, the two broke up and separated, and Liu turned around and married someone else, which was really amorous but ruthlessly annoyed.
Liu's ruthlessness, Li Bai is not easy to mess with, he wrote a poem "Nanling Farewell Children Enter Beijing", two sentences are scolding Liu's,
Li Bai's scolding has been passed down through the ages, and the Liu family is actually a loss.
It is said that the husband of the female neighbor has been away for a long time, and his life and death are uncertain, and then he made a fortune, so he divorced the female neighbor, so that the two of them were officially combined together.
The female neighbor not only helped Li Bai take care of a pair of children, but also gave birth to a son for Li Bai.
But after only five years of stable and harmonious life, the female neighbor died, and Li Bai became a loner again.
Finally, when Li Bai was middle-aged, he met the Zong family, and his life improved again, and the two fell in love and admired each other, but how could the Anshi Rebellion shatter the dreams of many people.
In the chaos, Li Bai suffered another catastrophe, the Zong family made great efforts to rescue him, and when he was amnesty, people always said that good things are more tribulating, but this is not the case for Li Bai.
For him, marriage has always been a passerby, coming and going. Some people say that the Zong family later died of illness, and others say that she went to the Tao. In short, Li Bai no longer has her figure by his side.
I think that the married life that Li Bai wants may be like this: his wife is affectionate and righteous, and understands his romance, and when he travels, she can help him take care of his family, which is not only his spiritual backing, but also can give him financial support, who doesn't want such a good thing? But after all, it was an empty dream.
The third question: Can Li Bai's ideals be realistic?
Some people commented that Li Baixiu spit out half of the Tang Dynasty, which is not an exaggeration, and it is enough to explain Li Bai's achievements in poetry, but Li Baizhi is not here!
The Tang Dynasty was a golden age in Chinese history, but it was also an open country, and in a relaxed political environment, most literati and artists aspired to make achievements and make a name for themselves in history, and participated in social life with a positive and enterprising attitude, and Li Bai was no different.
But Li Bai's bold personality is destined to have no fate with the officialdom that pursues the golden mean, he is dignified by nature, likes the art of vertical and horizontal, and does not have the slightest Confucian restraint and pedantry on his body, and is too conceited.
When he was fifteen years old, he thought that he could keep pace with Sima Xiangru, "fifteen wonderful books, and Fu Ling Xiangru"; also thinks that he is on par with Confucius, "You look at my talent, how can I look like Lu Zhongni"; When he is extremely arrogant, he will even sing "I am a madman in Chu, Feng Ge laughs at Kongqiu".
Li Bai dared to be so contemptuous of Confucius and ridicule Confucian sages, how could he be willing to become a Confucian scholar? He once apprenticed to Zhao Rui (ruí), the purpose of which was to learn who was the king with his own talents, like a wanderer in the Warring States Period, as a teacher of the king, and assist the king in governing the world. Obviously, this is unrealistic and out of step with the times.
He once fantasized that he was like Lu Shang, who achieved his political goals by trapping, but he couldn't be a successful angler, Lu Shang was patient and calm, and he was scheming, while Li Bai needed novelty and change, and he couldn't sit on the cold bench for long.
There was once a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that he did not cherish in front of him, and that was the short years with Tang Xuanzong, the Son of Heaven.
He also tried to suppress himself, tried to let go of arrogance, took the golden mean, tried to please Tang Xuanzong, and wrote a lot of poems praising virtue.
But a large peng with wings spread was put in a birdcage and painted in the courtyard all day long, which was like death for Li Bai. When this kind of repression reaches a certain level, his unruly side will erupt, especially when he is crazy and drunk, let Gao Lishi take off his boots for him, let Yang Guifei adjust the spoon, and the Son of Heaven grinds ink.
He is so bold and fearless, how can he be square by rules? In the end, he was given money and released. Some people sympathize with Li Bai, thinking that the feudal rulers don't know people, but in fact, Li Bai lives lawlessly even in modern society.
But at least modern people understand him and think that he is a man of letters, but also a real artist, a bit out of line, but talented enough to cover up his shortcomings.
Perhaps we should be grateful that in that era, Li Bai was excluded from his career, thus creating a poet Li Bai who was unmatched in art.
The fourth question: Li Bai's real cause of death
As mentioned above, Li Bai was arrested and imprisoned for the Yongwang incident, and later picked up a life under the rescue of his wife Zong, but he could not escape the crime of living and was assigned to Yelang, and then encountered amnesty on the way, and Li Bai escaped.
Li Bai, who is immortal, is already sixty years old, and poverty once again surrounds him. In desperation, he went to take refuge with Li Yangbing, his uncle who was the county magistrate in Anhui.
Li Yangbing is of high age, but his age is actually younger than Li Bai, at this time Li Bai's health is not very good, although Li Yangbing takes good care of him, but the illness is like a mountain, and life and death are involuntary.
Li Bai also realized that he was about to go away, so he handed over all his poems to Li Yangbing and asked him to publish a collection of poems for himself, and in the end, he finally recognized his identity as a poet.
Before he died, Li Bai left a "Dying Song":
Dapeng Fei Zhen Eight Descendants, Zhongtian is not strong.
The rest of the wind is agitated for eternity, and the Fusang is hung on the stone coat.
Later generations have passed on this, and Zhongni is dead.
In the poem, there is his sorrow, his regret, the pain of his unpaid ambition, and his unwillingness. But man is inherently dead, or heavier than Mount Tai, or lighter than a feather.
Li Bai's worldly life is over, but his romantic life continues.
Regarding his death, some people say that he died of drunkenness, and everyone knows that Li Bai was addicted to alcohol.
Among the poems he left behind, wine-related poems account for a quarter, and there are many famous verses.
For example, "Life must be happy, don't make the gold bottle empty to the moon." I am born to be useful, and my daughter will come back when she is gone", such as "raise a glass to invite the bright moon, and the shadow becomes a trio", as well as "draw a knife and cut off the water, the water will flow more, and raise a glass to eliminate sorrow and sorrow".
Therefore, people believe that Li Bai was drunk to death. In the "Old Tang Book", it is said that he drank excessively, caused illness, and died of drunkenness in Xuancheng.
This statement has also been recognized by Guo Moruo, mainly in line with Li Bai's living habits.
But there is another theory that is more romantic and more in line with his temperament, saying that he died by fishing for the moon. said that when Li Bai was fishing for the moon, he accidentally fell into the water and drowned.
Perhaps everyone can say an answer to the reason for Li Bai's death, in my opinion, Li Bai was born for romance and died for uninhibitedness.
After the four questions about Li Bai are finished, what is Li Bai in your heart? Like and comment on it.
