Guided by "new", our district anchors the "unwavering" industrial upgrading, actively guides private enterprises to accelerate the formation of new quality productivity, focuses on cultivating characteristic resources and giving full play to comparative advantages, seeks "new" and "quality" in industrial upgrading and scientific and technological innovation, and injects inexhaustible "productivity" into the high-quality development of the private economy.
This year, our district has carried out private enterprise visit service activities on a regular basis, conducted in-depth visits and surveys of private science and technology enterprises, listened to work suggestions and feedback on appeals, and implemented a ledger management model for problem appeals to ensure that everything has an echo and everything is effective. Organized 2 seminars for science and technology enterprises, visited more than 40 private science and technology enterprises, and solved 45 practical demands.
At the same time, taking the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as an opportunity, we will focus on new materials, intelligent manufacturing and other characteristic industries, and deepen cooperation with universities and institutes, R&D institutions, etc. Dig deep into the resources of "one core and two wings", help Sanhuan Ona and Tianjin University of Technology to build an exchange and communication platform, help "soft magnetic" technology research, accelerate the technological progress of enterprises, and stimulate the vitality of enterprise development.
In addition, we will expand the "basic disk" of the main innovation body of private enterprises, continue to work service stock, cultivation increment, and quality improvement, strengthen the gradient cultivation of "young eagles-gazelles-leaders" enterprises, and expand the group of technology-based enterprises. Since April, there have been 18 newly developed eagle enterprises and 2 gazelle enterprises, and the proportion of private enterprises has reached 94% and 100% respectively, and the main position of private enterprises in innovation has been highlighted.
