Therefore, it can be said that even if you don't mean it, even if you can't see it, as long as you run a red light, you will be punished.
The traffic law stipulates that for motor vehicles driving in the same lane, the rear vehicle shall maintain a safe distance from the vehicle in front of it sufficient to take emergency braking measures. In other words, there are requirements for the following distance, and in addition to being able to stop the car in case of emergency, it is also necessary to ensure that you can observe the road ahead, traffic signs, signal lights, etc., to avoid illegal behavior. The traffic police let you go, and you say that you can't go at a red light, which is not listening to the command, and this will be punished.
2. Special vehicles for emergency tasks
For example, ambulances, fire trucks, and police cars are often seen. If you are waiting for a red light and these types of vehicles come from behind, you need to run the red light to give way, and you will not be penalized. However, sometimes it will be captured, and you need to appeal yourself, by looking at the photos and videos, you can see that it is a special vehicle that has run a red light, and the appeal can be passed. How do you know that these vehicles are on a mission? It depends on whether the warning light is lit and the alarm is sounded. When the lights are on and the alarm is off, it means that you are on a mission. 3. The signal light is damaged
If you can't determine whether the traffic light is red or green, you will not be penalized if you continue to drive at the red light. Regardless of whether it is a red light or a green light, when passing through an intersection, slow down, observe left and right, and avoid running a red light. Those traffic lights that are a few seconds long are easier to judge, and depending on the remaining time and distance from the stop line, it is possible to determine whether they can pass or not. If you are not sure that you will be able to pass, do not rush through with the gas pedal, as it is very likely to run a red light. Or if you see a red light and can't get by, you can brake sharply, which may lead to a rear-end accident. For those traffic lights that don't count the seconds, when you are about to reach the intersection, look at the signal lights on the sidewalk, and this light changes two or three seconds earlier.
