The combination of low-temperature fermentation and ultra-long-term staged fermentation allows the brewing of 009 liquor to produce aromatic substances, nutrients and active substances that far exceed those of conventional liquor.

009 Why is it said that alcohol is pure

In the brewing process of 009 liquor, a very meticulous process has been carried out from various aspects such as raw material selection, fermentation and filtration, distillation and purification, so as to adsorb and filter the impurities harmful to the human body contained in the liquor as much as possible.

009 liquor adopts a segmented distillation process, which is purified through 2 distillations to obtain 2 liquor bodies, and purifies the 2 liquor bodies one by one, so as to obtain pure distilled base liquor for the use of liquor compounding.

After the first distillation, we will pinch the head and remove the tail to extract the liquor, and only about 40% of the liquor will be retained for the second distillation process; The second distillation is again pinched and the tail removed, retaining about 60% of the wine.
